no drop down destination to choose. reinstall, then suddenly it works.

Love it. Do my bookings, check my itinerary, track the bus (why is it late, where is it????). Works great for me

Nearly missed the bus. The gps tracker showed the bus was 2 towns away from my stop despite refreshing numerous times. But this was not the case .The first time I used the app, the gps tracker worked perfectly.i was able to go to my stop on time as i could see the bus was half an hour away. The estimated arrival time never gets updated, if this was that would be helpful.

1st time i used the app..... it took my money out of my debit card and did not book my ticket it didnt email me a booking number... after talking with a few diff people from intercity thay were able to send the money back . It took the payment on 28th nov 16 and to this day 7th dec 16 i still have not received the money back as it take 7-14 days for the bank to clare it.

I'm a student and I travel a lot with intercity. I can only book with either a child or adult but the website allows you to book for students

2 seconds in and every time I try to log in it says network error. My internet is perfectly fine. App sucks

Just wanted to know if the bus my mother is on was on time or delayed. This HOJ is only any good if you hold a ticket. PIA.

Simple. Easy to use. I booked my travel through the app and there were no issues. The bus locator tool was really helpful and the ability to share my journey to my partner was fantastic as my phone was going flat! Push notifications would be helpful e.g. when the bus is close to your stop (either pick up or drop off).

I've tried to sign in but it did not work ?too much dislikes.

Handy to know where the bus is if you're going to be on it, but totally useless if someone is trying to meet you off the bus. What a waste of an opportunity to help passengers' friends and relatives that are trying to meet them! I appreciate security concerns but c'mon let's have something useful (e.g. the ability to send your booking to people to allow them to track too)!

Talk about "Missing the bus" with this app. As a parent of a child at boarding school I thought this app would be useful to track when to pick her up in the event of a bus running early or late. No such luck as tickets are linked to her email. Too busy trying to flog a useless rewards scheme than seeing it as an opportunity to assist people waiting for the passengers when they get to their destination, and as a tool to assist with ensuring to safety of minors in their care.

Probably the most efficient part of intercity. The where's my bus GPS locator has taken all the guess work out of my wait but it's a pity the timetable part of it doesn't update at the same time

So no email to confirm email so I cant log into app. Works ok on website..have not got time to waste time on this :(

Great for checking available buses but every time I try to book with the app I get an 'invalid booking reference' error.

Terrible app, made me join before I could even book anything. I don't wanna be a part of your crap I just want a bus bro, sort it out.

Couldnt get drop down boxes to work so couldnt book a seat. Also doesnt show anything other than adult and child fare. Uninstalled.

This app would be useful but since I went and booked the ticket in person, I'm not able to add this trip to my journey, so this is useless

I found this useful on a recent trip. It would be better however, if it told you the address the bus leaves from and time you need to be there at a glance. Some towns have quite a few pick up points so not always clear where to catch the bus from - especially when you are dropped off at a different location than the one you catch the return bus from.

You have to sign up to find anything out. Booking a trip led to a $0 price and an error. You can't even see a timetable or route until you try and book. How would i know there's a bus? NZ is teeming with IT pros. We need some UX pros too if this mess is anything to go by.

I have only had a look to manage my bookings. I have to login again to manage my bookings, even though I am logged in the app. And while in the current booking, if I want to check one of the other bookings, the back arrow takes me right back to the homepage, and then I have to login to manage bookings again. It's too hard. Do not make an app just to be cool, make an app to make life easier.

Great new app

Really glitchy, kept crashing and I had to log in each time which was a pain. When I went to pay, at the last step it crashed but charged me for a ticket without confirming payment. Suckful - wish it worked properly.

Isnt compatible for s7 as it wont download
