Super Shuttle NZ

Super useful app, well designed. For booked trips it pops up and shows where the shuttle is, other pickups and dropoffs, and expected eta, on a map.

Not usable, wheel kept spinning. When you start entering address it disappears when you go to the next line.

I can't register. Gives me an error without instructions.

Very useful to plan shuttle. Used in Nelson. Pop-up tells you where your driver is. Didn't see any of the bugs mentioned before.

Cannot add existing bookings!?

New version of app is great. Works perfectly. Convenient service too.

What's happened? Have used this app successfully for last 2 years. Now say's no internet connection! Useless needs fixed!

Saved details several times. Wouldn't let me make payment. 30 minutes of my time I'll never get back

Doesn't work - "Error, Something went wrong..." when entering time for pickup, then crashes. (Pixel XL). Broken. Uninstalled.

Only gave it 1 star because 0 stars was not an option. Impossible to use as the app does not work. Ended up taking a taxi to the airport which was only $3 more than the shuttle. Advised them over the phone their app is not working....No one seems to give a flying one.

Beautifully designed UI by the team at Supershuttle. Will definitely be using this when I take my family to the airport. 10/10

So I can't log in with the same credentials as I used on the web. And now I see from other reviews that even if I could, I wouldn't be able to see the booking that I made on my laptop. How useless is that?

Took 4 attempts to book, signed up then wouldn't take to payment, then kept saying to enter personal details which where there but couldn't go any further. Had to leave app and go back in, re enter all details again. If these bugs are fixed it would be a great app.

Can't add existing booking made under same email address. I only wanted to be able to see where the shuttle is, but no. Most useful feature won't work unless you've made your booking through the app (see other reviews). Uninstalled, 1 star. Deserves 0 stars.

Could not sign up with Facebook. Seems like API not good even though the app has this feature.

The app is a great place to store your booking information but after 2 error messages indicating my payment hadn't gone through, then being charged twice, then not getting a full refund on the 2nd booking because they considered it a "cancellation"... I wont be using it again.

Great app

Excellent app, have been using it for a couple years now with no problems (2 different phones). It's easy to book and pay for. I really like being able to see (GPS) where the driver is when I'm outside in the dark at 3:30 am waiting for him!

App installed and when opened just gets stuck on the opening video! No screen controls or anything! Using Android 5.1

Tried to make a booking but could not select an afternoon time as it kept going to AM after 12.59pm.

Downloaded app as am travelling soon and wanted to add my existing booking to it but this isnt an option.

Does a great job. Love the ability to see where my Shuttle is. Makes booking a shuttle very easy and stress free.

Just installed. Tried to add a card but it comes back with a http 400 error. Would really like to use this app. I travel often and enjoy using apps like this. SGS6. I have a connection as i booked using the website. No contact made at all devs?
