I emailed thru the support link on the app several times starting a month ago and had no replies to my issue!! If the support link isnt working properly I cant be the only pissed off regular customer...appalling customer service..Im still waiting for you to sort my problem over a month later
Tried to sign up, but it keeps reminding me invalid postcode even though it is right, and couldn't get connected with Facebook either. I have to give up in the end.

When opening any deal link from Gmail, it opens in the app automatically and always get this answer "Sorry , we can't find that deal" . Then have to go back open the app itself and search for the deal u saw in my email. Slightly painful. Also vouchers are not opening sometimes after being bought which makes it a helassle when you have to present at retailer. Have to close reopen and back some pages until it appears. Much more work to be done here.
One of the crappiest apps out there. (1) The phone app and the website don't match. (2) A voucher can be both "used" and "unused" at the same time, which really complicates matters if you have many vouchers. (3) Vouchers purchased will be sent to random buyers, meaning you don't get them and will have to purchase them at the retailer for full price. (4) personal details will be stored incorrectly on the phone app, but the transaction will still go ahead. Trying to contacting their support line is akin to having a frontal lobotomy whilst fully awake. I get multiple blank replies to my queries 2 weeks after I submit them, ... but... wait for it... they are dated four weeks earlier than my purchases. This app should be called "F***Me" Issues with purchases made 14 March 2016 were eventually resolved by TreatMe refunding my purchase 24 May 2016.
Deals are great but the app itself is terrible and I'd just much rather use the Internet
It's alright. Interesting stuff at decent prices but the app itself is pretty shoddy. Can't put my phone number in and a few inconveniences of the like just make it kinda annoying.
Had to uninstall and reinstall one time as it wouldn't get off the voucher page while refreshing.

Used to work just fine. Made me update it and now can't use coz i dont have the same time at it does. I'm not changing my time just for a stupid app!
Alright ap ... bit of a hassle when trying to make payment but eventually got there.

now when click email and goes to app it says deal not found. Was same for other items and on various days so have uninstalled and just use Internet on phone instead.

Couldn't log in. Wouldn't accept online account credentials. Never received password link when requested reset despite a confirmation displaying it was sent. Error note also occurred when attempting Facebook account login.
Great app, easy to navigate Treat Me on mobile.
