Its cool, but sucks that it gives you a limited amount, e.g I brought 4 $4 data packs and now I have to wait for 31 days until I can get more, and wehn i use my data it takes forever to load something, sometimes it says sorry looks like youve ran out of credit, how come no one responds

Useless, if something goes wrong using the app. Customer service support is non-existent.

Is Indian number accepted ?? I tried to register n it's showing error as an invalid number thos applied correctly..

When open it lags the whole phone. But it works I guess. Needs an update .

Cannot register the application using my Vodafone phone no. Shows invalid no. Have installed the application but cannot use it. Wanted to purchase something urgently

Doesn't exit, use force close. Sometimes doesn't want to login (login another day). Doesn't show what packs left, but wait couple of minutes- yep it is loaded. Network itself is crap. I keep receiving voice mails like I am out of network while I am not (all antennas or half-Doesn't matter). Sms (sometimes)keeps saying 'not send,try again up to 7 times. Annoying. Changed 3 mobiles where 2degrees works perfect,WHmobile not... Oh nobody is texting you whole day? Check if you can text yourself? No?Reset network

Connection goes in and out on the website says I can get 4G at my house but no called them up they told me to switch to 2g still have bad reception not happy

Worst app like warehouse app. Looks cheap also doesn't show remaining data or minutes.

The whole app is laggy and is almost impossible to use well, topping up takes a while and managing combos takes longer

Like others it does not recognise my vodafone mobile number, so can't even register to use this app.

It must be my Huawei as I'm not that impressed with WH Mobile!!!

Should have data and mins bal within app. Stupid to have to go online to see. Its the most basic of apps. Two functions. Wouldn't bother having except need it for top up

App does not have an 'exit' key. Would also like to see a useful statistic page that summarizes where the credit was used up. The app has a long way to go

App disliked, service good

It's pretty annoying that it doesn't say where the credit has gone. Mine has gone down by much more than I would expect, with data disabled, and I have no way of checking if this is accurate or not.

Very poorly made app, dose not show any min/data usage.

Annoying, not giving my credit expire date, and where my money is going on calls or data!!

Data analytics chart is crucial. Users need to know where their money is spent on. Display of flat remaining money alone is not the just the customer want. Help the customer to track the money.

Trying to buy a top up led to a duplicate charge.

More needs to be added to this but it does what it promises.

Great app still needs a little work but works well
