Since one of the recent updates, this application can hardly connect to the camera when using 4G connection and it shows images for about 3 seconds and then the image freezes. From the browser i can see images from camera even when on 4g. Also, when connected to any wi-fi, the application works perfect

Works great. Been using it since many years. Previous issues of frequent disconnections probably solved now. Thanks

App is slow, connection to cam is poor (when connecting another way connection is fine), also it is bad experience app is closed only when force closing it through app manager.

Waste of money.. Absolurely rubbish!

Someone please help get this app working properly. I am positive it is not the cameras but if this app won't work I will return the cameras. Without the app these cameras are worthless. Thank you

Useless Android app. Cannot use special characters in wifi password. Will return ipcam because of this issue.

A few issues with setup which were due to lack of instructions with the camera. Once sorted the app works fine with my knewmart camera.

Problems with connecting to knewmart camera. Can connect to camera thru internet so must be the app that doesn't work.

This app make the camera junk does not work going to return It won't conect..

I cant enter my wifi password, no special chars supported

Wifi passwords can be up to 63 characters long. This only allows you to input 20 characters.

Superb app. Help me avoid the open port and forwarding tango in my routers.

Using Android on LG phone.

I have this app installed on my iPhone & iPad and no problems but for android phone the password field does not accept symbols.

When using the one step connection this app does not support any special characters such as * for the WiFi password. I had to use an iOS device loaded with this app to connect the camera to my WiFi. Once the camera was connected, all other features were reasonable. I primarily view and control the camera using Surveillance System app on a Synology NAS, which support ONVIF.

Never had a problem even with previous updates. Works fine on my samsung galaxy S5 and S6 and galaxy tab.also works flawless on my windows PC. I use this 24/7 with my ip cameras

Worked fine till we got new phone samsung edge6+.won't take my 13 digit password for wifi.Can see my caneras but Cabot log in

Was OK till last update. Now it won't connect at all. So frustrating.

Had 2 install another app that out performs this crap! funny thing is this app came wth my camera!
