ACHD Reporter is used by members of the Ada County, Idaho community to report problems to the Ada County Highway District (ACHD), including issues with roadway debris, potholes or other problems with the roads in Ada County, Idaho.
Citizens can use this easy-to-use interface to report these issues to the Ada County Highway District's reporting infrastructure. Users select the type of issue to report, take a photo (or upload and existing one), geo-locate the issue via GPS or interactive map, add comments, and send their report directly to the ACHD for resolution.

Worked ok last time I used it 2 years ago, now Oct 2017, can't upload photo, can't select report type, so can't submit report. Unusable. Contact info input screen resolution huge, could only see first two letters or numbers.

Map function doesn't work, but otherwise it's fine, so far anyway. I just put the location in the description. Now, let's see if it does any good. Lol

I LOVE the idea of this app and I know it's been around a while... But I have difficulty using it. It's constantly popping up with notices to not use while driving, call 911 for emergencies, etc. When you go make a report, the map doesn't load at all, so I have no way of marking where a problem area is unless I'm there at that exact moment and can place the marker on my GPS spot. Also, when I try to go into the help tab, it crashes. Please work on this app because this would be amazing!!

Other reviewer took the words right out of my mouth. Excellent idea, but poor execution. I could not get any of the GPS location features to function even with the correct permissions enabled. And the map that lets you pick your location shows up entirely blank, so you have no idea where you're placing your marker. If someone would just maintain and debug this app, it could be such a huge resource for ACHD. But it seems to have been abandon for some reason. Right now, you're much better off reporting through their website.
