Not providing speed as per plan. Worst connection. Everytime connection gets loose. Keep complaining. Do not buy this connection until it gets better.

I hv joined the connection of air link and also pay for router on 25th October, 2016. But company has not sent router till I m writing this review on 5th November, 2016. 11 days passed. I Hv contacted company several times. They always tell me that they will send router today. But they all are lier. I am unable to give zero star so I give it one star.

We have three airlink connections and whenever we call them for complaint they never note it down. So it takes forever to solve the problem. His HOD doesn't have sense how to talk with customers. Wouldn't recommend now to anyone. Also I'm not going to renew any of the connections.

Don't go for Airlink, worst service, not providing solution for disconnected net after many days of complaint, also has speed issues and disconnecting issues. Very bad experience, also not refunding money for surrendering connection. Don't buy.
