Really good application to electricity bill payment and complaint.
Very good and convenient app for payment of electricity bill. You also get bill and transaction receipt copy in PDF format.

Worthless. Does not serve the purpose at all. Every time try to login, error comes like "user authentication failed".
Installed this app to pay my bill, but found its no use. Everytime while trying to pay it redirect but page didn't open, apdcl you need to improve a lot nd test it well before launching it to your customers.

It's totally a worthless app. APDCL should look after the app functioning. Customer id not even recognise by the app.

They don't even find out that online payment has been made and for months we keep getting offline faulty bills. Poor service. What more can we expect of apdcl
All good only problem I found is that every time I open the app its wanted log id and password , whereas if I registered and login once it should not ask password and id again

Fetching details from the database takes long. Is it possible for the developers to fetch a few basic information for each function button as soon as the user logs in to the App? That will help the user to browse the function buttons with more ease. Anyway it's a good effort. Other UI is good.
Ek options add karna chahiye, yaha par to 100% payment karne ka option hai . 80% ka bhi hona chahiye? Aur UPI payment option add hona apps open karne ke waad koi bhi options me click karna parts Hai uske home options me Jane ke liye home options add Karna chaiyeh.

Day by day improving our service towards our consumers... it will take some more time to improvise our service.. n consumers also share their grievances to the appropriate authority for betterment of the service.
My first ever two home bills payment was successful on 23rd August 2017 at 11.30 pm and 11.42 pm on very first instance by Internet banking through myBijulee. Receipts were generated and saved in PDF format and I took prints out too next day. Important things are that now I have seen this app supports Card payments also.
Finally APDCL got own app for paying bills online... Keep it up..but one more thing from last two days im not able to open this app, authentication fail error message replied on typing correct passwrd. can sum1 help for this please...

Worst application. U can't do maximum things in this application. I can't complaint using this. Do not download it it's simply wastage of your mobile data.
It is terrible. I have been trying to pay my bills from yesterday but the page is not opening. Now I feel like the earlier system of paying from the website was far better. I never had to face such problems. This is disgusting. Now I have to go and join a line to pay my bills...
It's saying authentication failed though I can login with the passwords in web page. Hope this problem along with keep me logged in problem is fixed. Then I will put 5 stars.
Very very very bad service. I have recharged my prepaid meter last night and still awaiting the voucher code. I can never open the website to check the voucher code, nor did it ever mailed the voucher code to my mail. Is this an a one service? Pathetic and very shameful. What am I suppose to do now? Did my recharge, but can't use it. Feeling helpless. Thank you, you're doing an awesome job.
Initial experience is average. Have not tried to pay the bill yet. The app is comparatively slower. Update Profile section is inactive. Home page should show the current outstanding and previous payment details. Also, there should be an option to Keep Logged in as typing the 11 digit long consumer no. (have to type the complete no. everytime as it does not prompt) is cumbersome. Will review the rating after my payment experience.
