About Byteball
Send and receive payments directly, no banks, no intermediaries, no custodians between you and the other party.
Do what you can't do with traditional currencies, for example pay with confidence by binding your payment to the payee's execution of his part of the contract. If the payee doesn't meet the conditions you set, you take your money back.

App (and Byteball wallets in general) are very buggy. The chat bots just don't work or they stop working halfway through. Currency is great but the whole interface of the wallets lets it down.

Useless developers who don't respond when you have thousands of dollars worth of byteball that you cannot send due to multiple errors ( Bad Signature Path r) & [Internal] Connection Closed. Thanks for absolutely nothing, your Slack "Helpdesk" was no help at all. Why, you ask? Because you don't reply. Warning users that you may end up wasting many, many hours of your time doing restore from backup etc and still get nowhere. I will happily revise this if someone was to actually help me...

I had been using byteball, it's absolutely great, the people saying the bot gave them a different addresses, it happen to me too, until I tried the new address giving to me by the bot by send $1 and discovered its my wallet. My problem today is, I have introduced byteball to about 35 people today but, after downloading the the wallet, none could communicate with the bot, the bot doesn't even appear after clicking on chat. What do I tell them, what is wrong?

The wallet has many more working functions that I expected. And the fastest withdrawal confirmations from Bittrex I have seen. I'm not surprised this app has such good ratings.
