I haven't had any technical problems with the app. I don't like that It is slow about showing what's pending and things not showing up till last minute. Other then that I'm happy I have an app to keep track of my banking. I love the people at the Avondale branch. They are really helpful but I hated having to call for a balance every time I need to know the status so I'm really glad for this app.

Only problem I have is that the Quick Access now causes the app to crash. It worked just fine before the most recent update, too! Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime.

Liked the older version better. Will not be using this app any longer, which is an inconvenience

Due dates show up for loan accounts now. Most everything works fine. Now I'm having an issue with authorizing the app after updating to Android 7.1.1. I have to reauthorize anytime I fully close the app and open it again. This means anytime I force close the app, reboot, or update my phone. Its a small inconvenience, but the app works fine otherwise.

This app used to be a great all around banking app with full functioning bill pay to existing payees. In August 2017, it stopped giving users a view of scheduled pending payments, so they can't be edited. If I have to use my computer, why do I need this app? Useless, especially when I'm traveling!

This update is interfering with my log in, FIX IT NOW,important times like these are crucial! First impression very bad

The new update won't allow me to see the due dates on my loans under my account, in the "view your accounts" mode, unless viewed through the fund transfer screen, whereas before I could see the due dates on my account loans when I just looked at my accounts

Due dates on loans don't work. To many procedures to accomplish to transfer funds. Does not reset to home when transfer is complete.

After the last update, I can't even use the mobile app. Will not connect!

Im trying to get mobile banking back since the update and its asking for information I dont have! I had no previous issues with "bugs" and liked the way it was before the update. I follow all my banking online and feel very frustrated because I dont have time to sit on the phone to figure out what tellerpin Im supposed to know

I'm glad CU West has this app now, my only con is the check transfer option. Thankfully it's not a fatal flaw.

Since running the newest update, the app no longer will allow me to sign in. Worked perfect before. Why fix something that's not broken?! Not happy!

Every time I try to make a payment to pay my motorcycle payment, the app crashes... It's done this for 2 months now.... Get your act together and FIX THIS

I used to be able to transfer between all my accounts now I cannot transfer into my holiday account. I hope this gets fixed soon.
