First thing you have to do is register, then once your in the app it throws a big add across your screen. The map has very little data and many features are reserved for "premium" users.. I had this installed for less than five minutes. Don't waste your time.

The scale of the map is too large, and I am using a Note 3. Must make a purchase to get a full screen view of the map. Appears to have important information but because it is too cumbersome to use I uninstalled...developers could improve this app by making it easy to change the scale

So, this has potential but the usership isn't really there. There's not enough information. Easy to input erroneous incidents. Also, both of my email addresses were already input in their system, which was really, really strange...
