The app kept timing out thought this was supposed to be better than your beta I'm going to find different plus you go and try to find a song and it takes you to the list of groups and songs not even associated with the song you looking for thank you guys if I can put it no stars and wood right now

Not as good as website. I suppose if you're one of those people who don't want to download the songs this is fine, but I find it frustrating that you can't download the songs from the app. Will be sticking to website from now on.

I love having lots of indie dev music in the palm of my hand Thanks FMA

Y70%

Couldn't find popular artist I like. I thought this app would have all types of music & artist such as jay z or Beyonce.

Does what it says on the tin. Just wish it had an option to save songs you like rather than having to go to the website. Also needs a random button so you can find things you might otherwise pass over and a way to bookmark songs using your account from the website.

It didn't have any of my songs and it comes up with weird stuff!!!!???

I70%
by I####:

So, I would like it a lot better if I could bookmark or save songs from it. Right now if I like a song I have to scribble it down on a napkin. :/

This is a gorgeous app, but incredibly bare-bones. A couple features I wish it had: I use the FMA primarily for finding Creative Commons music for use in media projects. I really wish there was an option to filter searches by license type. The ability to build playlist would be amazing. The ability to download tracks within the app—or even links to download from the FMA website—would make the app much more usable.

I love this project, but the app leaves a lot desired. You can stream music from the website, and now you can view the license each track is released under while viewing the album, but you still cannot create or manage playlists, download music, or even easily return to view the album you're listening to. Once this app has playlist functionality, I'll be recommending it to all my friends, so please update soon!

I should love this app. I listen to tons of free culture and creative commons music. But this app just got uninstalled. Why? There's no way to stop music, only to pause. There's no way to quit except to tell the system to force quit. There's no way to download or mark what I like. There's no way to see the license info of the music I'm listening to. And the interface is very very unintuitive. Also, because this was by far the most annoying thing, let me repeat: THERE IS NO WAY TO STOP OR QUIT!!!

While in the app you can listen to many things BUT on the website you can download and some even offer free to share so you can add to your videos! Give proper credit, of course, for the artist! ❤️

Z70%
by Z####:

This is a nice little music player. I like being able to sort through genres. The main problem I have with it is that I can't look at licensing info in the app. I use the FMA a lot to look for music to use in short films. I'd love to be able to look at the licensing info so I can determine which music I am able to use in my films.

This is a very simple app which happens to work very well. Very easy to browse through and find things. Bad is that you can't access your playlists on the mobile app and can't bookmark albums or tracks (which would have been nice). Still, straight and simple.!

Great for finding music for YouTube videos or games; however, not every song is totally free for any usage. Some are free but not for commercial usage.

Bands you have never heard of and a search engine that is strictly by genre or song title, then this is okay enough. Frankly, I prefer being able to seek by band name instead.

About time you got your butts on here, thank you. Now I can browse through the archives and download my favorite tracks on my phone. In the spirit of opensource-ness you should also make this app available on F-Droid a repository of open source apps.
