Glück im Lehrerberuf

In der vorliegenden Studie möchten wir Informationen zu Ihrem erlebten Wohlbefinden und zu Aspekten, die dieses beeinflussen können, erheben. Anders als in vielen existierenden Arbeiten stellen wir dabei positive Aspekte Ihres Erlebens in den Vordergrund. Mit Hilfe Ihrer Unterstützung möchten wir verstehen, wie subjektives Wohlbefinden als ein wichtiger Aspekt der Lebensqualität und als Bedingungsfaktor für physische Gesundheit bei Lehrerinnen und Lehrern entsteht und - in einem weiteren Schritt - gefördert werden kann.

Aufgrund der Wichtigkeit des Themas für alle Lehrpersonen, richtet sich die Studie an die Lehrerinnen und Lehrer aller Schulformen.

Das Forschungsprojekt ist an der Ruhr-Universität Bochum in der Professional School of Education sowie der AG Sch.U.L.forschung am Institut für Erziehungswissenschaft angesiedelt und wird in Kooperation mit der Happiness Research Organisation umgesetzt.

In the present study, we want information about your experienced well-being and on aspects that may influence this charge. Unlike many existing works, we provide this positive aspects of your experience in the foreground. With the help of your support, we want to understand how subjective well-being emerges as an important aspect of quality of life and as a condition factor for physical health with teachers and - can benefit - in a further step.

Due to the importance of the issue for all teachers, the study is aimed at the teachers of all school types.

The research project is based at the University of Bochum in the Professional School of Education and the AG Sch.U.L.forschung at the Department of Education and is implemented in cooperation with the Happiness Research Organisation.
