Mixer controls

Controls for the Behring X32 mixer.
* Drag and drop control of channel presets using channel name
* Console configuration controls (oscillator, monitor config, recording source)

This is a first beta - the application is not finished yet, but should be usable.

(In particular, it does not yet keep in sync with the console)
