Benevento Longobarda, alla quarta edizione, rievoca avvenimenti storici incentrati sulla figura di Arechi II, ultimo Duca e primo Principe di Benevento. La manifestazione si svolgerà dal 25 al 28 giugno e i turisti, su richiesta, potranno usufruire di diversi servizi e agevolazioni turistico-ricettive con la scrama card.
In questa edizione del 2015 si è deciso di dare continuità alla Contesa di Sant'Eliano, rievocazione storica nella quale le Fare cittadine si affrontano per stabilire chi potrà conservare per il prossimo anno le Reliquie di Sant'Eliano.
La Contesa di Sant’Eliano sarà accessibile a tutti, grazie alla collaborazione tra l’Associazione Culturale Benevento Longobarda e tante altre associazioni che operano sul territorio: ItaliAccessibile, la sezione beneventana dell’Unione Italiana Ciechi e Ipovedenti ONLUS, Informatici Senza Frontiere sezione di Benevento, Futuro Down Onlus, Centro Più Bello Insieme, l’ENS (Ente Nazionale Sordi) e l'AIC (Associazione Italiana Celiachia). Lombard Benevento, in its fourth year, evokes historical events centered on the figure of Arechi II, last Duke and former Prince of Benevento.
