I don't know why people say it's fake. Just mad that you have to pay? This is the real app for the VG JPEG Image Repair website. I bought 10 credits on the site before I knew about the app. I was able to login to the app with the same code. Bonus is that I can upload over 30MB jpegs, which the website doesn't allow. Once upload and analysis was completed, I logged into the website and could view the results full screen and open the samples in photoshop. Excellent product. Great price.

I tried this app despite the ratings. I tested this app with perfectly fine images and then my broken images. It refused to fix my broken ones. The fixes of my other images involved large bands of pixels. I firmly believe this app is unable to repair any images. I did not purchase anything with this app as it failed my initial tests.
