About Mapunity Groups
Mapunity has developed an on-line GIS platform allows that specific groups to create, organize, manage, analyze and share map-linked information. The platform combines (1) maps showing the areas of interest to a group, (2) the spatial data in the form of attributes of the points on the map, and (3) membership levels for those who belong to the group, so that that data sharing follows the function and organizational structure of the user groups.
The various functions of the platform can work seamlessly in an external environment as well, using various APIs that we provide for invoking data on to other web sites.

Latest update using too much power even when not in use. Some background process needs to be stopped when app not in focus? Workaround is to force stop after a posts are synched.
