This app will enable you to complete a ‘Delay-Repay’ form in minutes with no need to download or collect a paper claims form.
3 simple sections and 3 simple steps are all that’s required to process your claim with this app :
Step 1
Enter your personal details – Only required once as they’ll be saved for subsequent claims
Enter your ticket details – Seasonal ticket holders details are saved for subsequent claims too
Enter your delay details – Predictive text helps speed the process up
Submit for review
Step 2
Review your completed ‘Delay-Repay’ form before submission
Step3
Submit your form via your registered mobile device email account – you’ll receive a copy of the submission and if sent successfully, you'll also receive a confirmation email from Greater Anglia
The process can be completed offline. Though once online, the resulting e-mail will be sent (please check your sent/out box if you have any issues)

Travelling on the Norwich to London route I'm guessing I'm going to get my monies worth out of this app, this morning for example my trains were running 60mins late, I downloaded the app and submitted my claim whilst sat on the train, so much easier than printing off the forms and posting them. The interface could be a little slicker and I'd like to see a list of the trains that have previously been delayed on my route as you can with the delay repay website, but apart from that its tip top.

There are no frills but the fact is it simplifies the process of applying for a refund immeasurably and does the job its supposed to extremely well.

Within a week Abellio Anglia had a huge delay. Within a month, another major delay. Now received £40 compensation from this app from two delays! This app has been well worth the money. Saved all my details, all i do is type in the dates and times, the rest is stored. Press Send and the claim is submitted.
