It will only let you take pictures of documents you need to load, but wont let you upload documents from a downloaded copy.

The only reason I downloaded this app was because I was informed I could take pictures of my IDR documents for quicker processing, but the camera doesn't work properly. I fit the entire document into the box, but the camera only takes a picture of a small section of the document instead of the whole thing.

It's really only good for scheduling payments and checking your balance. Needs more features like logging in with your fingerprint and it needs to show more information about your loans like the interest rate for each one as well as the option to setup which repayment plan you want for federal loans.

I wanted to schedule an extra payment to my loans and the app crashes when I get to the final step.

I can't even pay my bill through the app. My only option is to send income documents which I've already done. This app is a waste of space

An improved feature on the app (as on the website) would be to have loan summaries easily available off the home page. As of now, you can only see the principle, interest rate, and accrued interest while paying on loans.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this app! Not having to go online to view my axxt, make payments, etc. is SO satisfying!!!

Good app does what i need it to. Just wish it had the option for finger print security.

I would prefer seeing more in depth information about my loans not just a big picture summary. Also fingerprint sign in would be great.

Not good for income driven plan pictures don't come out correctly

If you have plans through great lakes this is a must have app.

Very convenient for submitting documents

This app will sometimes duplicate your payment and Great Lakes will not!!!! reverse payment or credit your bank for 2-5 weeks. This is the 21st century and Great Lakes needs to join us! Very displeased with business relationship. I have good credit and never late or delinquent. Note to Great Lakes...we are the customer!

The app works similarly to the website. Sadly there is no option to sign-in with your fingerprint. Also, while on the welcome page the back button doesn't do anything. It should prompt me to logout when I press it.

Let me make quick payments and kept me updated on when they went through. Sucks you can't use the app once you're paid off; you can only use the website to make sure the final payment went through.

The level of easy-to-use with this app is fantastic. That, along with a great interface makes this a must have app. Helps me stay on top of my loan very easily

Keeps telling me Great Lakes has stopped when I press on the camera icon. Cannot submit any documents!

When you take a picture file there's​no option to send it

They finally seem to have fixedthe log in but, unless I'm missing something, the app doesn't show the interest rates in the account views. Given how they raise rates all the time, that seems important account information. Still not as useful or professional of an app as it should be.

I am not sure if my photos were submitted since the app crashed.

Can't see breakdown of loans in repayment, nor can you see interest rates on outstanding loans.

I love how you can send your paper work at anytime and its more secure they are good people and this is a wonderful app to handle your student loans

The camera for sending documents is absolutely worthless 2hours to take 6 pictures uninstalling now
