I have nothing but good things to say about this app the corresponding website and this health group as a whole.

Used to be a lot better before.

I adore this app when it works. It's convenient and makes things easy. Yet on my Samsung galaxy s6, it always closes. It won't even open at this point which is really annoying because this app helps me stay aware of things and such. Please fix this glitch. Then I'll rate 5/5.

Completely useless. Freezes, unresponsive. On those rare occasions it does work, it is ridiculously slow

The log-in errors are fixed but now I cannot reply to my drs messages. Keeps telling me message has expired and I need to create a new message. Use to be a great app. Getting real tired of this.

My mobile app keeps giving error message and says to uninstall and reinstall if the problem persists. Didn't have this problem before the update.

Before the update it worked just fine. Now the icon doesn't go to the app directly and I can't get my username and password to work. There is no forgot password option.

Very user friendly

It is good to have my medical information handy but I really liked being able to send my doctor questions about my health and find out if I have to come in or not. NorthShore did not put that feature in their app.

What is the since of having cancel appointment feature if it tells you call them.

I was using this all the time until recently when I get an error when logging on. I Uninstaller and re installed the app, but still get the same error. Someone needs to put a fix in place.
