About Puget Sound FirstToSee

Make a difference in your community. If you live in the Puget Sound area, you can now use your smart phone to share what you see with emergency officials. The FirstToSee mobile app offers a free, fast and confidential way to report valuable information about an emergency, disaster or damage.
Your information is important. Reports are sent to a central database where federal, state, and local officials can view and respond to incidents. Sharing what you see or experience during an emergency helps responders make more informed decisions.

Using the FirstToSee app is easy:

• Choose what type of incident is occurring from the drop-down menu (hazardous materials, natural disaster, air or maritime incident, etc).
• Take up to five photos.
• Provide your location using the automatic GPS locator or the interactive map.
• Give details about damage or a situation that you have observed.
• Send an anonymous tip or enter your contact details.

Feel less helpless and more helpful with the FirstToSee app!

Be ready and download the First2See app today!

NOTE – Call 911 if you need emergency assistance. Help will not come by using this App.

FirstToSee App and System Credits:

The latest update resolves the issue with the Galaxy S. Everything works smoothly.

Looks like lots of potential, but... On my Galaxy S4 app launches to a blank yellow screen and freezes.

I downloaded it 3 times, never could open it

Posted my first report and did not register it. No way to pull up a nap of previous users posts. Pretty much useless

I saw a demo of what this app was intended to provide to the public in my area and got very excited. As a future emergency manager, this is right up my alley; the interface seemed a bit clunky and had a button to Login, but no mention of how/where to sign up. Being free, I got what I paid for, but it is a serious disappointment.

This is a great app for emergency personnel to get real time information. It will only get better in the next versions.
