Queens Library

I like that I am able to search & reserve a book. Only two problems have occurred it said my book was in transit for 3 weeks, had to unistall and reinstall app. Today it's not letting me log in.

It has a lot of flaws. It's slow. It doesn't always work wen u need it too. Ur better off using the website

This app could be a lot better. When I go to my requested section, it turns up blank even though I do have books, which confuses me so i go on the actual website and it shows up fine. This app just takes way too long to load for me

I really love the app. It's really convenient for checking if my local branch has a book I'm looking for. Wish there was a way to bookmark books for the next library visit instead of only being able to request the book.

All of a sudden app won't open. Last week I couldn't sign into my account. Uninstalling!

It crap when I log in it takes forever and says it an error waste of storage.

Anticipating an offline relay of my info, and hesitating due to the 19.98 MB size, I gave in and downloaded. Ultimately it's useless. Every function requires Internet. Not to mention my account “information was not cached". In the end, the website is better because it is much faster and gives the same info. For the app to have some use for me, it needs to remember the books and other stuff I checked out & requested, and alert/notify me, all without Internet (except to sync new info of course).

The search function doesn't work. It would be a very useful app if it actually let you search and request material. Please fix it

Very good app, convenient easy to use needs a touch of upgrade.

Bugs need to be fixed. Not fair to have to pay fines if there is an error with the app not being able to renew dvds or books

I haven't been able to sign in for a few weeks. Thought it was something I was doing so I unistalled then reinstalled and still can't sign in.. please help

You dont need your original password u need to go to the libary ok

Read and understand access permissions on any app u install. May not be worth the intrusion.

Easy to use. Occasional difficulty signing in after updates.

A life spent making mistakes is not only more honorable but more useful than a life spent doing nothing.

Would be better if there was an option to get notifications when books are almost due. The icon and in-app graphics could also use some work.

App works better than the website! Really wish I had access to my wishlist though.

I love the library and this app is nice to have. Two things on my improvement wish list are: Please make the account bar code scanable to allow us to take out books like the library card can; and I want to be able to switch the format of ebooks from kindle to the pdf format. You have to pay for Kindle. The system locks it in once you choose it.

The features of this app cover everything you need; it functions like a mobile version of the online site. However, it could benefit from a remake; I personally would prefer non-intrusive alerts, performance improvements, and a remake of the user interface similar to the Google UI such as the Google Play Store. Other than that, it does its job.
