Hiking Altimeter for Android
Incredible. Worked the 1st install and without additional add-ons. Thanks Galaxy S6.
Worked great using my ppg, so easy to set and see
It uses air pressure to determine altitude. If the pressure changes because of the weather, then it says your altitude has changed. You can calibrate it if you know elevation, but what if you don't know it. That kind of defeats the point of an altimeter. I found an altimeter that uses gps so I don't have to calibrate it. Thanks anyway.
Straightforward, no permissions, works perfectly. Hasn't bugged at all through my time using it and gives accurate ft to meter conversion. Overall, amazing app, and gives me hope that there are still some humble developers out there. - Galaxy S7 Edge
My phone screen times out...most apps allow you to keep the screen on to see the app...please add this no off feature!!
To calibrate you have to go to a location of known height and enter the height. I assume this will calibrate your baromter to mean sea level
Hey AP guys, this is how all Aps should be done!!!!!! I wanna know more about the creators of this Ap.
Incredible. Worked the 1st install and without additional add-ons. Thanks Galaxy S6.
I'll go 5 in 5 if it keeps doing what it does!
It also works off line accurately. LG Nexus 4
Working proper and perfect. True and correct.
Good that it just users barometer. Great to be able to calibrate so easily. Great for hiking.
Very accurate after been calibrated
Exactly as described and works brilliantly.
Clean simple does what it's supposed to.
Great job!
Excellent Job !
Great
The app crashed whenever I tried to calibrate. Finally gave up and uninstalled. I'm not keen on an app that tracks my location through GPS, but if that's what it takes to get the job done...
Calibrated it a sea level. Next day it had us at 340 ft below sea level, even though I was on the shore.
Does what it says. Simple and accurate. I like the color scheme. Thanks you too.
I'm so proud of myself
