福樂滿心

應用程式由「福樂滿心」靈性提升八鍛錦自助手冊轉換而成，該自助手冊由東華三院社會服務科安老服務部及香港大學研發，旨在協助長者提升靈性健康，肯定生命的意義，鼓勵長者積極人生。

靈性健康測試
全人健康，就是指身、心、社、靈都健康，究竟何謂靈性呢？靈性是我們生命的泉源，是對生命意義和目標追求的反映。透過測試，我們能知道自己的靈性健康指數，而測試結果會建議完成那些八鍛錦練習，讓我們找到提升靈性健康的方法。完成建議的練習後，我們可重新量度自己的靈性健康分數，觀察是否有進步。

福樂滿心靈性提升八鍛錦

Spirituality Health Test
Holistic health, meaning the body, mind, society, and spirit are healthy, what is meant by spirituality it? Spirituality is the source of our lives, is the meaning of life and the pursuit of the goal of reflection. Through testing, we can know their spiritual health index, and the test results will be proposed to complete those eight Kam forging practice, let us find a way to enhance the spiritual health. After the completion of the proposed exercises, we can re-measure their spiritual health scores, see if there is progress.

There are eight types, namely open mind, outgoing soul, treat yourself to the power of family, friendship, virtue love, harmony with nature and blessing to the soul. Eight exercises that can help us to improve relations with themselves, their families, friends, others and the environment, to make their own spiritual health has improved.
