VLC for Android beta

It does not allow me to create a playlist so that my videos play continuously. One must manually select and play a video when the previous one if finished. That's really uninteresting. I wl give 5stars when fixed

Hey Team, i really like VLC. I want to ask something. Is it possible if you can Flip the video orientation (include sub)? It is very usefull i guess for people who use their phone with Mini Projector DIY. Because the orientation is flipped when you see in the wall.

Plays pretty much all formats. Just needs some kind of fix for seeking delay with some files, usually FLV. Also would be nice to have a shortcut or gesture for playback speed.

i had not a single issue with this app using it on my asus nemo pad 7, i played all sorts of formats without any problem but after lollipop upgrade it is unable to play random videos, sometimes .mp4 sometimes .mkv please guys help as no other app does what your app do. waiting for reply

This version is only approved work on budget tablet.. other one crashes

Dear time.. you are great... i like this apps..mostly for this app's equalizer option i feel the base..wow..amazing... but but but i have some problem....this app is not showing my sd card option i mean when i click on sd card option then it doesn't show any media files..but when I search some media life like movies then app shows file which i searched....but mainly not showing any sub categories or media file under the sd card option please help me...plz fixed this issue..

Its a great player for PC... but for android not so much... Need so many improvements... the main Problem is with Video Player ui... its like need fast forward and backward bottons...also like we can set its jump like 5...10 sec as per we want... screen orientation icon needed on player...also videos loading time is too slow.. sometime it hangs... make it fast... add like sound boost in equalizer. .. also resume playback... like when I left video on half play... I can play from that point...

The video part is good but I'd like to adjust the volume by swiping and the ability to slow down an audio track just like the videos. The interface should be consistent. Also, the files list is just irritating, I should be able to disable it as I will select files using File Manager.

When I select an album, it immediately starts playing the album from the beginning. I want it to show me the songs on the album and let me select which one I want to play. There is no easy way to see the list of songs on the album. You have to hold down the song that is playing and then the songs appear as a playlist. This is not easy to do while driving.

Would give five stars if it weren't for the fact that every time I touch the screen to pause or whatever, the brightness goes straight to zero. This is basically a mild annoyance and I hope that there is a setting or something I am missing. Other than that its vlc player!!

This is really waste app. All my videos are not showing and some videos are not playing. Whenever I m trying to play those videos vlc is stopping automatically..

I discouvered a bug, for some reason while i'm listening music (minimized or not) if i change the position of tablet (landscape to vertical or vice versa) the player stops the music ( if video works just fine :) Can you resolve this? It's small bug but a bit annoying...

This is the best application for watching any format of video because it supports any type of file you use day by day. Besides that the inteface is ugly and it saves your historic what it could have a way to disable it

Freezes my tablet (not the frigging program) the whole tablet! when trying to play a subtitled movie...I guess its made for english listening users only with no use for subs...no chinese, french, japanese movies...tsss

It have many errors and mistakes done by developers . 1) it shows all videos as single. It also doesn't play many s/w or hw+ videos correctly.I think that developers have to work hard to beat MX PLAYER(it's best one).

Uninstalled. This is a noob app. Pls don't waste your time & data for downloading this. Vlc totally let down by this

It is much slower 2 load all files at every first time when i open the app ..it takes longer time..to load all files.........and plese add a feature by which we can short videos by folder..its realy needed

Right now I cannot forward again, it gets stuck after forwarding a video file. I believe its an application problem for stock player can forward without any problem.

comparing it with MX player, I find MX has a smoother playback. VLC was stuttering after a while

i think vlc is great, use on all my machines.. but it wont work on my asus zenpad, i get crazy-long errors for any video file.

Please add audio or subtitle delay or hastened control, please... i will give 5 star if you are respond my request.. thanks..

Good app. Interface is cool. But few lags are there. One thing needs to be updated and that is continuous play of songs one after other as there is no option for playing songs consecutively.

Needs a playlist. Would love a carousel. Can set equalization but can't set volume.

It plays anything. I mostly use it when I encounter an oddball codec nothing else will play. Normally it's the audio within a video file. So far it has yet to fail me. My only issue is that occasionally locks up my entire tablet and then crashes. Update: seems that the Beta app is more stable than the full release. Ironic. Plus it doesn't crash anymore.

When i play any movies it does sync vid and sound at start but when you watch further you'll experience the delay.. please fix will give 5 starts when fixed.

Don't play flawless 1080p on Intel quad cpu. 3 star to timer, amazing good idea

Player is excellent like on desktop version, but it has a problem with screen brightness, it go to 0 every time you touch the screen also you disable brightness screen control...it is very annoying and make impossible to watch movies. I come back to vlc only when this problem will be solved.

I used to love this app on my old Nexus 7, played everything brilliantly but on my new Huddle 2 it stutters on every video. It's unusable, which is a real shame.

I downloaded this because I've always been a big fan of VLC and enjoy it's use on my PC, and the android port of the program doesn't disappoint. The ONLY complaint that I have about the program, is that while playing any video, if the UI isn't present (Ie; when you turn the volume up or down, the play, pause, etc buttons all show up) when you touch the screen to FF or REW, then the video will jump ahead by approx 8-13 seconds. Essentially requiring me to rewind it. In essence, what this means is that if I want to pause, FF, REW, or do ANYTHING, I first have to alter the volume to cause the UI (the buttons) to show up first. Simply touching the screen will cause the video to jump ahead by several seconds. That one issue aside, I absolutely love the program, and I am VERY EXCITED for the release of 3.0 and the addition of screen casting to Chromecast functionality! :-D Thanks VLC! (and if a resolution of the issue I mentioned could be addressed in the next update, it would DEF get you 5 stars ;-) ) Should I install "VLC for Android" instead?? Is that a more stable version or release??

Almost unusable on my new hudl 2. Video stutters on every film. Shame as it works on nexus 7. Love the screen on my hudl but cannot use vlc. Please update to remove this bug as the picture just stutters? Even on half speed the stutter is there!

Always lags in playing 1080p and higher HD videos. The only thing I like is it plays AC3 audio format which MX player doesn't support

I find that there's currently no way to fix audio sync issues like on the computer version. It's only 50ms out or so, but obviously it's irritating.
