Had to power on & off kids 9tong watch 2 times to get it to update to proper date & time. Would only update time for hour it was on & give choice between June or July with time zone options. Not the usual time zone options in US, seems to use global time zone options for the area you set up the app in. Has on off switch for stupid time change twice a year. When you sign in you have to use the area you signed up with not just email & password. The app scan feature doesn't work when registering, but luckily the watch included the # at the bottom & i could type it in. The SOS worked great. It sent 3 text messages to 3 phone numbers with Google maps exact location. Still trying to figure out The voice service part as they used a translator app to translate from Chinese to English, it doesn't make any sense, so not sure how that works with the sos yet. The geo fence is good, let's me know when she heads out of the allowed area and where. Set up to 3 alarms that work great. Love the custom alarm so I can set it to wake up for school on week days or come home from a friends one time or bedtime reminder daily. I get to control how often it sends her location 1min, 10 min, or 1 hour. I like the 1 min feature when she is out & about & 1 hour when she is at home. The chat feature is cute with a 15 sec recording & the little rewards show quickly on the watch. It tells me when she takes off her watch. I can keep track of her steps when she uses the feature on her phone which seems pretty accurate right now. How it works with the sleep I am not sure yet. Not sure how the make a friend thing works again Chinese to English without a human translator that knows both languages equals head scratching. Wish there was a way to custom the do not disturb feature. You can set the time & turn it on & off, but can't choose days of the week to do it. I like that it is military time, 24hr, so it will help her to understand hours easier than am/pm. I use t mobile & it seems to work just fine with this app & watch.

Why did you remove the voice button with the new update? Now I can not call me from the watch to listen what is going on... You should give me some money back for removing this option... Please put it back!

In general OK. Hopefully the app will get more intuitive. Some functions are not understandable

Not a great app at all location always wrong and always saying device is offline when it clearly isn't. A lot of improvements needed.

Oh after update is not working again always show Device is offline ..How can that be possible

Pops up an advertisement when you're trying to get to the map to show the location of your child. Wildly unacceptable ad placement. If you NEED to have ads (kind of outrageous given than you have to pay money for the device) then do it somewhere else NOT when you're trying to find for child. Incredibly irresponsible.

No help menu to explain the functionality (so go figure). The help provided with watch is badly translated. There is a button with a phone icon under the location icon on map that doesn't seem to do anything useful. The chat doesn't seem to ping/notify me when a new message arrives. Most things work though (when you figure out whats what in the app).

App gives wrong location from time to Time, watch looses connection to the app often and instructions are very badly translated. It is ok overall but it fails when I need it the most.

I have been using it for over 3 years and it's getting better but still needs help in the Android system. If the child sends a wechat message, on the IPhone it will notify you with out the app open and in the Android you must have the app open or you do not get the message until you open the app and this happens on both Se Tracker applications

Need more info on setting up. And info on problems like watch is off line.

GPS is accurate as a cellphone only in open area. When objects move to closed area, LBS will active, of course the position is not accurate but at least we can still communicate with our children

The location of the tracker watch is out of sync with its actual location which makes it difficult to know exactly where your children are!

Location is miles off, this is crucial to monitor our children yet my 5 year old son sat next to me is apparently a mile away. Needs fixing asap, unacceptable

At no point is it ever accurate, it shows my daughter miles away from where she actually is, defeats the whole object of buying her a tracker watch!!!
