Otlob - Food Delivery

They deduct the money before confirming the order with the restaurant, so when the restaurant cancel the order, which happens more frequent than you think, they return the money within 10 working days. Doesn't make any sense to me! Also saving the CC doesn't work. Otherwise it is good.

I think it is better to Otlob to switch their service to be showing menus only. As usual my order came very late and as usual didnt find someone on the customer support to reply and when one of them replied he couldnt solve my problem. I gave him 2 options wether to not accept the order or to not pay for it.. he told me its not our problem its from the restaurant! Well i deal with Otlob and its not my problem. Anyhow i will uninstall it for sure and warn all my friends and ppl i know....its not the first time and they cant solve ur problem and they dont call u and they asked the restaurant to call me and told them the client will not pay you!

good old Diarrhea from spectra's chicken soup I bought 3, and with the first few sips I felt my stomach turning. Lost 70 pounds, and now I'm not only cold, hungry tired, but also sick. They set a time for the order to be delivered, yet fail to meet their own windows. Pathetic.

It is good. But for taking the order there should be a reasonable time. Because i can change the restaurant if order intake it taking late. I am waiting for long time for conformation witch is not counted. Or for another option add a cancel button till order is taken. If this features are added surely 5 star.

Worst service in Egypt- and that is saying something! The company genuinely doesn't care even a little bit when orders are late, wrong or don't arrive at all. They sure are quick to take you money though! Terrible

Why i can't share resturant menus? It would be more convenient if we are group that we can share the menu say on whatsapp so that we all can choose the order. And yeah too many pop ups and notifications for no reason

Some resturants does not put much clear item description and/or photos. Customer service is extremely bad and none professional. Time taken to place an order is longer than calling the resturant directly

It's a promising service that I find much more comfortable than phone ordering. There are some bugs when adding my card, and I would like to be able to browse restaurants' menus when they're closed. Now the app just tells me that "they're closed" and that's it. There should still be an option to view menu items even when they're closed. This is my major gripe about this app. Otherwise good so far.

It's really awesome, but for foreigners it's a little complicated. This app asks for areas. I knew I was in or around Korba but couldn't figure out why nothing came. It turns out Korba was a ten minute walk from me. I picked the wrong area. It turned out I thought I was in one area rather than another. The costumer service was great when I whined like an idiot. I was in the wrong, but they accommodated me. It's a good app, but I didn't adapt

Easy to use. There are some glitches when i try to order and I'm informed of an extra fee for my location but still the app refuses to order. I'd also like to share a menu or an order. I hope this option can be added. Overall i am satisfied and this is where I normally go for delivery orders. Thanks

Too many ads, pops up asking for rating even if you say ignore....and way too many notifications that you can't turn off properly... Also no option to cancel orders even of they haven't been peocessed for 2 years

The idea is great, but the customer service is terrible, and they don't hold any responsibility in case the order is late or wrong, and you'renot even allowed to cancel or refuse to take it even if it's HOURS late. Online chat is a disaster, they keep u waiting forever, and if the app crashes ir u lose connectivity for a minute, they cut you off, just close the chat with a lousy disclaimer. And they never take serious action. I really believe they should work on the customer service and follow up part

It's an OK app as a reference, but expect that it won't work properly roughly 50% when you are making orders. If you have more than one address saved, expect that Otlob staff will occasionally send your orders to incorrect address. Additionally, if you are using this app to avoid making orders over the phone, well you are gambling. Almost 50% of the orders receive a follow up call to clarify things or inform you of petty issues, and occasionally to let you know that the sauce you ordered for one of the many items you ordered is unavailable. If you don't answer your calls, they cancel your order. Lots of flaws with this service, many of them are avoidable human errors.

Became super useless. For instance, one restaurant support online payment in one area, but not in another! Same restaurant declined my online order for no good reason and accepted it smoothly from their hotline. This app only existence is on my phone memory,

I love the app. But is it possible to put the option to delete old orders (the orders that has been delivered already). As it gets cluttered with all the old orders still under the order tab :)

The app is good but i can't amend the order and when i had to order smth. Else i paid delivery fees again, and online payments go through before confirmation from vendors submitted, refund takes ages, there's no way to cancel the order if it taken normal than expected.

More than perfect, I use it all the time! I find the new notifications so cute and not annoying at all, in fact I love it when I switch between the apps and find Otlob's notification saying "Mariam don't go..." Makes me smile everytime, it's also so funny ????????I just love the app!❤️

Terrible customer service! and waiting time to get the order is incredible!! My recommend is not to install it, if you did you have to order from pharmacy bills for high blood pressure and diabetic !

A lot easier than talking on the phone and the will need to talk to parents because I'm a teen. Really I didn't know what to do before!!

The app is awesome and very convenient, especially for foreigners who do not know Arabic or if you just simply want to save the hassle of calling in. I'm a visual person I wish pictures of dishes could be viewed but the descriptions are very detailed. Good app so far and works well with my device.

Good application. However many restaurants are amateurs and unprofessional. Should be filtered by otlob team as soon as possible.

It's a great app, but some listed restaurants do not actually deliver to my area. I wish you can get more restaurants on board, but I understand how tough it can be especially for a start up. Other than that, absolutely love it. Rabena ma3aku ❤️

Gives you the option to see the food menu, new nearby restaurants and peoples review. One issue regarding the order confirmation, it takes some time adding that the customer service team abilities are very limited :)

Simple, convenient, and user-friendly. Just needs more restaurants apart from the popular ones. Love that you get to know exactly how much you'll pay for the order. All in all, an excellent app, no complaints whatsoever. Keep it up ????

This app is very good, the only tiny problem I have with it, is that the waiting time till delivery majority of the time is wrong. I hope they can fix that. But other than that this is a very good app

There is one hour difference delaying the current time in egypt, which affected the countdown to the arrival of the order To adjust this delay, i should set the mobile time GMT+3 but time in egypt now GMT+2

Good delivery app. Would be nice to be able to rate the individual dishes on your order and it would be helpful if more dishes had pictures. Perhaps you could explain the value of visuals to the restaurants that you work with. But I've had a good experience so far.

It gets the job done. But it should show the user a realtime estimated delivery time for the selected restaurant at the moment, so i dont get surprised by a two hour waiting time while the app showed me the estimated time was forty five minutes

Need alot of work need gps location and updating the prices most of the time the price are wrong and the restaurant call me for change the price

Add cancel order if vendor delayed at accepting order, allow chat property between vendor and client if the vendor needed to ask the client about anything

Very good application indeed.... Need to write comments about sauce of papa John's pizza always chicken ranch sauce not bbq sauce... And many other restaurants should be added (like porta Doro)

Good app Easy steps to use and to order. Credit card on delivery is not for even most of the merchants. More special exclusive deals required on using the app instead of calling. Credit card profile adding issue that you can use it only once and next time you cannot use again unless you re add it back again. You cannot cancel or modify the order once you have made it although you can do this via phone, unless it's already out for delivery

I only face one problem which is the server crashes after order is sent and keeps showing "Awaiting confirmation from Vendor"

I like the app .. but the problem when I try to add my credit or debit card I receive a massege says " NEXTGEN_APISTORECARDDISABLEDEXCEPTIOn" ... accordingly I couldn't add my debit or credit card

Can't add my card to the account through the app... I always receive an error... Unfortunately i can't attach photos here

The most convenient way to order food without human interaction, though I wish they could expand their list of restaurants, and add an option to list restaurant alphabetically.

Orders usually take too long to be confirmed and when there's something wrong with the order they don't tell you right away which delays the order an additional 20-30 minutes.

I am from Malaysia and currently studying now in Egypt..this app is very nice...good and so great as we dont have it in Malaysia.... nothing else just try to improve time taken for delivery and the accuracy of the address given by the customer...or better put on gps into this application might be good... thank you

Always late reply/response , a lot of ads, asking too much about rating without improving any service

They now take too long to confirm the order, in one case it took them 26 mins to confirm it And all what they said was that the delay from that restaurant, but it is happening with all the restaurants now so I guess it is shortage of staff or poor customer services
