About LRT
The LRT Android app was developed in order to give the riding public a way with which to obtain information about the LRT.
The app includes the following functions:
1. System Map - Shows the coverage of the LRT service and the location of each of its stations
2. Line View - Shows station capacity and train operation conditions
3. Fare Calculator - allows the user to compute the total fare by entering their start and destination stations
4. Contact Info - (a) provides contact information for the LRT Public Relations Hotline, Line 1 depot and Line 2 depot, (b) Passenger Frequently Asked Questions and (c) allows for riders to give customer feedback via email
The app provides links to (a) the LRT website, (b) the official LRT facebook account, (c) the official LRT twitter account, (d) the MMDA website and (e) the PAGASA website
The app also provides a notification function wherein important passenger information can be broadcast to all users of the app.

The most important feature this app COULD have is an UPDATED status of the stations. But it is so hard if the last time the train station status and capacity was updated TEN DAYS AGO. This app has so much promise! Just tell us real time using the station view how many people using the very simple red yellow and green scheme. It's so deceptively simple we just have to normally update it!

6pm pa ln po nagpapatay na kayo ng escalator? Out of 4 escalator 2 na nga lang gumagana saka mag papatay pa ng isa? Cost cutting? Ayusin nyo. Secondary na lng ang mga applications tulad nito. .

I thought e.t.a will be shown here in this app. But too bad there is none. So the main purpose of this app is to just show the stations and map? Which I dont know if it will be usefull to the commuters
