Very reliable and responsive to your queries. I've been using this app for several times and never did they disappointed me.

Major issue with searching. Does not enter any location/hotel so you can't search for anything. You practically can't use the app.

So happy I found TravelBook.ph! What I love most about this website is that they have this Pay-At-Hotel! I used this even without a credit card. Kahit wala pa akong pera para sa hotel, okay lang kasi mag pi-pay at hotel naman ako. May one time din na P800 nalang ang bayad ko na dapat P3000 ata yon because I have reward points. Every booking mo kasi sa hotel meron kang reward points.

The newest update has error, it cant connect to the internet. So much trouble!

I've been using this hotel booking website since 2015 and so far I've had a great experience. They have a lot of promos every time I book and I get a lot of discounts and perks! Plus they have a lot of partners that you can choose from. One thing I really like about Travelbook is that whenever I book using my getgo card, I instantly get reward points and I was able to use them to book a ceb pac flight without any charges.

This is a scam! Prices would show really tempting while you browse the options after searching but once you are trying to book a place your preferred to stay at the price would greatly change. There are very huge extra charges as well! I will uninstall this now and will resort back to AirBnb!!!

Tss its much better the old travelbook app rather than the updated one.. i cant choose rooms, and i cant check the nearby places in the said location i hate the app pls fix !

Used the app once for a family trip, it went well. Could be better if you can select rooms since we travel with little kids, and in big groups. Why not start answering inquiries here? Some reviews still have unresolved concerns, the 24/7 service desk team has got plenty of tickets to go over and resolve.

What happened to the prices? Travelbook has the cheapest prices compared to agoda and other booking apps, but now, i didn't know what happened. Some other sites/apps seems to have cheaper rates.

Love the new and simple interface! It now works better with my old xperia with a 3.5 inch screen

Price is most affordable. I always use pay at hotel no credit card. This is only the website which offer this payment option.

Really disappointed with the app. Was looking for a hotel in Cebu and I got the 1,200+, but when I got to the reservation page, it was 1,400+ plus, excluding VAT, services and other taxes. I can understand if it's 1,400+ including other charges, but the taxes and other charges were in a separate line. I tried it several times, just to make sure I'm not making a mistake. Even tried it again today. Same thing. Decided to uninstall and go with my old app, Traveloka. Such a disappointment.

I could book hotels before but now whenever I type in the location of where I would want to go, no list of hotels would show up. It would show how many hotels are partnered with the app but it wont show the hotels.

what happen to my points after I update this apps?.. nothing left to my point

What's happening with this app? I used to book my hotel here but i cant do it anymore even i already uninstall the old apps and install new still not showing anything. I like this app before coz i am getting discounts on my bookings. I hope that the admin fix the issues asap. Thank u..

First of all I wanna say thank to all the developer of this wonderful app, so convinient to use plus great discount for travellers like me,me and my boyfriend use this app so well. Keep it up guys. Only the thing is sometimes it takes time to show images for each hotel/places we like to look at first but seriously this is very helpful. Thank you again

Just ended up booking with the hotel directly as their promised cheap price were not really cheap.. So the hotel earned at this stage.. Too bad .. If you want to gain trust provide what you've promised ..cheaper price not the same as the hotel price ..

Bes, I-download mo na to! I was upset ayaw tangapin ng Agoda ung debit card ko, then i saw this on TV. Pay at hotel, at naka discount pa!!!

It's been 3 months already that i'm trying to book for hotels but no matter what date i put in, it doesn't have any results.

Wth? It does nothing but load, what a useless app...

What happened to the app? It says I have 175 usable points but only 13points appeared as my TravelBookPoints. What should i do? Update the app is not an option.Thanks.

Hello good day.. I installed your app yesterday..already registered, but there are no pictures of the hotels that you are offering..as in all hotels doesnt have pictures. How can i book if i dont see whats the place looks like?! Fix this guys.. I love your pay at the hotel option that is why i downloaded the app...thanks

the deals are real and i love this app. I used it twice already to book but i have a trouble loading the app properly. the second time i used it after update the pictures doesn't load properly and have slow time in online payment. other than that i would recommend it.

I need help. I cannot sync my Facebook in this app and then it asked me to create an account, done with th process validation and stuff but cant log in because its saying unauthorized.

No hotel choices appear in search query. For example, out of 24 hotels in Legazpi, the app says there's no available room. But logging out and logging in fixed it. Still, that is inconvenient to do (not at par with Agoda app).

The app itself is very helpful especially with people who doesnt have a credit card. With their Pay at Hotel option, you can book your desired hotel and pay up on your stay. But recently, pictures doesn't load up on the app. You have to go thru their website to check what the hotel looks like.
