Would give zero stars if it is an option. Staff know that the machine isn't working but don't bother displaying a out of order notice. Instead, customers waste a lot of time trying to create the order, only to find out at the end it doesn't work.

Tried using a Starck Speedlab in Asda... Terrible. Wouldn't connect by USB or WiFi - app did nothing but display a PhotoMe logo. Machine crashed when customer in front of me tried to make card payment.

Load of rubbish kiosks don't work with android by Bluetooth or cable and this app doesn't connect by WiFi...One of the worst technology experiences of my life. Maybe this explains why there is never anyone at either on my local outlets kiosks (I have tried three kiosks in two outlets).. Avoid

The app worked great, pictures transferred quickly. Disappointing that the kiosks do not give change though, £5 for 5 pics for my daughters homework was a little excessive as didn't see the notice until the money had been put in. Probably won't use these machines again

Bluetooth - didn't work. App - didn't work. Print quality - can't say. Waste of time.

The app is easy to use and transfer photos to the speedlabs (kiosks). Me and a colleague tried it out so know how to work it so we can help our customers and make thier visit that we bit easier. No need for cable or bluetooth. Just a WiFi compatible device. I can't stress enough but If you have this app and don't know how to work it. ask your local photo me colleagues. If we can work it, you can!

Did not work on Android. Terrible experience start to finish. Needs a complete rethink on what is otherwise good idea.

This app doesn't work with the photo booths so it serves absolutely no purpose... It would be quicker to order some online and wait a few days for delivery than try and connect via Bluetooth or WiFi.

Spent 20 mins trying to connect to 2 kiosks. Waste of my time. Your loss i wantes loads of prints

Tried to use the app several times and wouldn't open. Ended up going home for a cable. Not impressed

Awful. Took too long to connect and display photos. Ended up using Bluetooth to connect to the photo machine

Worst photo machines ever!! They get rid of photo kiosks at Asda and make people unemployed for absolute rubbish machines that Do NOT work!!!!

Completely useless. Wasted 15 minutes trying cable connection and also WiFi. 34 Mb of uselessness.

App will not connect with any machines in Asda. Very good example of how not to develop a system.

That's an hour of my life I will never get back, standing at the store photo printer, failing to get any photos printed through this awful app.

Doesn't work with Basingstoke Asda.

A total waste of time, won't even open, and no attempt by developers to rectify it, I don't even want to give it 1 star but I had to so I could review this piece of crap.
