ICV Congress

Die Tagungs-App wurde für die Teilnehmer des 42. Congress der Controller, der mit 600 Teilnehmern größten Fachtagung der deutschsprachigen Controlling-Community, am 15. und 16. Mai 2017 in München entwickelt.
Diese Veranstaltung des Internationalen Controller Vereins (ICV) (www.controllerverein.com) behandelt beispielgebende Controlling-Methoden und -Instrumente aus der Unternehmenspraxis, bietet zahlreichen Gelegenheiten für Erfahrungs- und Meinungsaustausch.

Die Tagungs-App bietet diese Funktionen:
- Darstellung des Tagungsprogramms mit Sprechern und Kurzbeschreibung der Talks inklusive Slides im PDF-Format zur Ansicht in der App;
- Favoriten-Zusammenstellung für ein individuelles Tagungsprogramm der Benutzer (ist für die Koordination der Vorträge in den vier Themenzentren nützlich);
- Twitterfeed des ICV-Twitter-Accounts "ControllingNews";
- Anzeige aktueller Posts des ICV-ControllingBlogs und Benachrichtigung innerhalb der App über neue Einträge;
- News des Veranstalters während der Veranstaltung (z.B. bei Raum- oder Programm-Änderungen; organisatorische Hinweise etc.) mittels Push Notification;
- Menü-Punkt "Aussteller auf dem Congress", der den Besuchern einen Überblick verschafft, andererseits den Ausstellern eine weitere Plattform bietet sichtbar zu sein. The meeting app offers these features:
- Presentation of the conference program with speakers and short description of Talks included slides in PDF format for viewing in the app;
- Favorites compilation for an individual conference program the user (useful for coordinating the lectures in the four thematic centers);
- Twitter Feed the ICV Twitter accounts "Controlling News";
- Display of current posts of the ICV controlling blogs and notification within the app on new entries;
- News of the organizer during the event (for example, at room or program changes, organizational instructions, etc.) via push notification;
- "exhibitors at the Congress" menu item to be visible, which provides an overview to the visitors, on the other hand, the exhibitors an additional platform offers.
