บัญชีแยกประเภท (Pocket Ledger)

โปรแกรมระบบบัญชีแยกประเภท ฉบับพกพา (Pocket Ledger) พัฒนาขึ้นสำหรับเครื่องที่ใช้ระบบปฏิบัติการ แอนดรอยด์ (Android) เพื่อใช้ในการบันทึกบัญชี ตามหลักการบัญชีคู่ (เดบิท/เครดิต)
- บันทึกรายการที่เกิดขึ้นประจำวัน โดยบันทึกรายละเอียด และผ่านลงบัญชีแยกประเภท
- แสดงงบดุล เพื่อดูยอดคงเหลือ ของบัญชีประเภทสินทรัพย์ และหนี้สิน
- แสดงงบกำไร-ขาดทุน เพื่อดูสรุปยอดรายรับ และรายจ่าย
- แสดงรายการเดินบัญชี เพื่อดูความเคลื่อนไหวของแต่ละบัญชี

ขั้นตอนการใช้งาน (แบบย่อ)
1. สร้างโครงสร้างบัญชี : กำหนดชื่อบัญชี และเลขที่บัญชี (เลข 4 หลัก โดยเลขตัวแรกแทนหมวดบัญชี กำหนดให้หมวด 1-สินทรัพย์ 2-หนี้สิน 3-ทุน 4-รายได้ 5-ค่าใช้จ่าย)
2. เริ่มบันทึกบัญชี โดยรายการแรก จะเป็นการบันทึกยอดเริ่มต้น (ฺฺBeginning Balance) ของแต่ละบัญชี โดยหัวข้อรายการ อาจบันทึกเป็น "ยอดเริ่มต้น" จากนั้น กดลงบัญชีที่มุมขวาบน เพื่อบันทึกยอดคงเหลือแต่ละบัญชี ทีละบัญชี
3. เริ่มบันทึกรายการประจำวัน โดยบันทึกหัวข้อรายการ ตามรายละเอียดของรายการที่เกิดขึ้น และลงบัญชี เดบิท เครดิต ของบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องตามหลักการบัญชีคู่
4. สามารถดูรายงาน งบดุล งบกำไร-ขาดทุน และรายการเดินบัญชี ได้ โดยแตะที่เมนูด้านล่าง ในหน้าค้นหารายการ
5. สามารถสร้างรหัสผ่านการเข้าใช้งานโปรแกรมได้ โดยแตะที่เมนูด้านล่าง ในหน้าเมนูหลัก แล้วเลือกแก้ไขรหัสผ่าน
6. ไฟล์ฐานข้อมูลจะถูกแยกเก็บเป็นแต่ละปี ทุกสิ้นปีจะต้องมีการปิดบัญชี และโอนยอดคงเหลือไปที่ไฟล์ฐานข้อมูลปีใหม่ ซึ่งสามารถทำได้โดยเข้าหน้ารายงานงบดุล จากนั้น กดที่เมนูด้านล่าง แล้วกดสร้างยอดเริ่มต้น โดยให้ระบุ สำหรับปีเป็น ปี ค.ศ. เท่านั้น จากนั้นระบบจะสร้างไฟล์ฐานข้อมูลใหม่ ชื่อ "AccountDbXXXX.db3 เพื่อบันทึกรายการสำหรับปีนั้น ๆ
7. สามารถ Backup ไฟล์ฐานข้อมูลปีปัจจุบันได้ โดยแตะที่เมนูด้านล่าง ในหน้าเมนูหลัก แล้วเลือก แบ่งปัน/สำรองข้อมูล

The process of implementation (Simplified).
1. Create the account: Account name. And the account number (4-digit number, the first by the group accounts assigned to Category 1 assets, liabilities 2- 3- 4- revenue 5- capital expenditures).
