Having the same problem as Haley below me, when I enter the access code to register the account, I receive error message " Unfortunately Portraits has stopped." Please advise as soon as possible as I would like to view my pictures. Thank you. I also already contacted mobile support via email before composing this review. It wont let me use the verification code. The application stops working. Very disappointed.

I've been doing this for years now, I have pictures from 2013, 1 picture from 2014 and nothing from 2015 or pictures we took last night. How can this be fixed?
Why on earth will the app ask permission to make phone calls.
Not very good staff and precious photo. They didn't even print out the prints correctly. Very upset. Not sure if I'll be back there again. Need to not over book!!!!
Upgraded to new version. Now the appointment section requires a slide bar human verification, which I cannot get to work on my phone.
I downloaded the app and it tells me it will send a verification code. But I never received it. Not in my mail folder nor my spam folder
The apps consistently fails to load pics or states "app has stopped working". Moreover app won't allow pics to be shared because it crashes consistently.
I have no issues with booking my appts, viewing/sharing my pics
I took pictures on Dec 28 2016 and every time I put my email in it says There are no personal sessions with this email. I watched the photographer put in my email. I don't understand
I've been trying to register for at least 3 days now! It just keeps saying "validating your billing address" or something like that....
When I signed in it only shows all pics for 1 session its missing all pics from my first session and most pics from my Christmas session. I have emailed them and never heard anything back. I also never got an email to pick up my mug not sure if it wasn't made or what.
I love this place they are amazing.
I was told that my portraits would be in the app to share on social media and it says no portraits associated with my email. Uninstalling...
I won't let me log in, not sure what the problem is but I would really like to be able to see all the photos together since you no longer give them on the disc like you have been for years
It only loads half of my pictures :( but it's nice for what I do get
If it let me put the code in from email but Every time I put the code in it says authorization failed I do like the app just fix that problem
There should be an option to remove the portrait innovations watermark when sharing or downloading pictures. I have paid for my pics and the watermark is tacky and distracting.
Everytime I enter the access code that is sent to my email it says authorization failed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times.
My experience was awful. Pictures took two days to get due to a printing issue. I had to call to see when they were available. My disk is empty and unable to view any pictures on the app. Employees are no help. My first and last time.
I had pictures done in december and im able to view them all but i recently got easter pictures done and i cant view all of the pictures taken at the session. Its disappointing cause one of the great things was being able to view and share those other pictures you couldnt afford to buy. Debating if i wanna go back there or not for future sessions:(
Before the update on app I had all my sessions through the years. Now I'm missing a total of four. Other then that great app.//// edit to my review.. Just had photos taken and now it will not load anything.
Upset that I can not view all the photos taken during my daughters session. Her first professional photos and it sucks that some of her best photos are not available for future order. I've used other companies with my other children and I have never experienced a company that doesn't provide customers the options to view and purchase other poses at a later date in the event they can't offered all of the pictures upfront. I also inquired about the others being put on a image cd where the associate whom i was working with told me that the was only an option if i purchased an additional package at a much higher rate just to get home and realize that a image cd was apart of the promotional package for spring!! Really disappointed.. Next time I know what to look for in a company before I chose to do buisness with them.
I downloaded the app and the last time I was there my photos didn't come threw on the app all my other sessions are on here. And I'm going again tomorrow for another session I hope that this session comes threw this time.
I just had another session before this one on Christmas and I was able to c all the photos from the whole session now I can c them and I wanted to buy the different poses separate and now I cant because they not on the app or anywhere how do i get them back.. I guess I can't buy different poses off the app
I miss when we could see all the photos, even if we couldn't buy them at the time. I just wish we could have had the option to order the ones we couldn't get after the session on the app. The local store is always having printer issues so I only buy so many. Hopefully this will be a feature in the future!
I was just looking online to see what specials they have right now and found out about this app. Wasn't sure if I would be able to view any pics considering I haven't been in over a yr. I downloaded the app and within seconds I was able to view all the pictures I've had taken of my daughter since she was born

Being able to print from my phone is perfect for personal photos and prices are amazing! Please don't ever get rid of this feature!

I have tried several times to receive the 4 digit code to login into my acct to view picture from today session and have had no sucess.
I have tried several times to enter the provided code, I logout and back in, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I still can't see my picture. There is zero point to this APP. It's just a waste of space.
I have attempted several times to see my pics from the photo session we had today, but I've been unsuccessful. There are no pics to view. It was much better when they just emailed the album to the customer. It was much more user friendly than this app.
