RASANT Mitarbeiter/innen haben ab sofort die Möglichkeit, Ihre Arbeitszeiten über unsere neue Smartphone Applikation RASANT TIME an Ihre RASANT Niederlassung zu übermitteln.

RASANT TIME ist eine Smartphone-Anwendung zur mobilen Zeiterfassung. Mit dem Scannen eines QR-Codes am Einsatzort wird eine Standortabfrage durchgeführt. Wenn sich der Anwender an seinem Arbeitsplatz befindet, hat er nach erfolgreicher Standortüberprüfung die Möglichkeit, seine Kommen bzw. Gehen Zeit zu stempeln. Die Zeitdaten werden unverzüglich an die RASANT-TIME-Datenbank gesendet und können in Echtzeit in unserer Personalsoftware bearbeitet werden.

Die RASANT Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen erhalten mit dieser Software eine schnelle, einfache und sichere Lösung Ihre Arbeitszeiten an Ihre RASANT Niederlassung zu übermitteln. Das handschriftliche Ausfüllen der „alten“ Papier-Tätigkeitsnachweise entfällt ebenso wie die Abgabe der Nachweise im Büro.

Vorteil für die Umwelt:
Durch die Umstellung auf die digitale Zeiterfassung wird jährlich auf den Druck von über 250.000 Seiten Tätigkeitsnachweis verzichtet.



Was benötigen Sie für die Nutzung von RASANT TIME?

Ein internetfähiges Smartphone (ANDROID ab Version 4.0 oder iOS/APPLE ab Version 7.0)


Das sollten Sie als Anwender wissen:

– für die Zeitbuchung benötigt RASANT TIME Zugriff auf Ihre Standortdaten (GPS oder Mobilfunkdaten)

Erklärung: Während des Stempelvorgangs überprüft die APP, ob Sie sich auf der Arbeit befinden. Ihr Standort wird ermittelt und mit dem Kundenstandort abgeglichen. Daher benötigt die APP nur während des Scannvorgangs Zugriff auf Ihre Standortdaten. Anschließend kann die Standortermittlung in den Einstellungen Ihres Smartphones wieder deaktiviert werden.


– für die Datenübermittlung an RASANT wird eine Internetverbindung benötigt, dass Datenvolumen (Daten-Upload) pro Buchung ist minimal -> nur ca. 0.0005 Megabytes RASANT employees / inside now have the opportunity to keep track of time on our new smartphone app RASANT TIME your RASANT branch to convey.
