Fundada em 27 de Setembro de 1.980, a FM 101 é a primeira emissora FM de Macaé e de toda região dos lagos. Abrange todas as classes sociais, com uma programação bem diversificada.
De 2ª A 6ª Das 05.00 às 00.00 a programação é feita na sua maioria, com participação direta do ouvinte, através de perguntas, enquetes, promoções e sorteio de brindes. Com os Programas : SOM DA TERRA, FALA ZEZÉ ABREU, SUPER HITS, SHOW DA TARDE, SHOW DO ESPORTE, CLUB MIX E PANORAMA DE EMOÇÕES.
