Another scenario. Let's say you share a house with some roommates. You obviously need some sort of account management between all of you. It's just like splitting expenses on that trip but like, forever...
Wouldn't it be great to have an app to keep track of all expenses and who paid them, plus doing calculations in the end to find out who owes what to whom? Enter SplitDaddy!
SplitDaddy is an app you use to keep track of all your group expenses and at any time you can view and share by email a report that contains not only a list of all expenses and who paid for what, but also an indication on how to settle debts by telling you who owes what to whom.
You open SplitDaddy and you create an event like 'Trip to NY' or 'House Account'.
For each event you're able to choose a different currency than your default one because, for instance, we may be talking about a trip overseas where you'll be spending Euros instead of Dollars.
Then you'll define a set of participants in that event. You can choose people from your contact list to speed up things.
After that you're set to start keeping track of expenses, adding them as their happening so nothing gets forgotten.
In the end, just view the report and share it by mail with the participants so every one gets to know who owes what to whom.
Keep track of the settlements and when every one paid their dues you'll just have a reminder of the wonderful times you spent with your friends.
