When run on tablet devices (screen size larger than 7"), the TouchMix Control app closely follows the operational paradigm and workflow of the mixers. The tablet and the mixer GUI operate independently so it is possible for the tablet to act as an additional user interface that can display and control a set of functions completely different from those being controlled by the mixer’s screen and hardware. When used without an actual TouchMix, the app acts as a demonstration of the mixer GUI and functionality but does not control audio in any way.
On Android smart-phones, the TouchMix Control app functions as a personal stage monitor mix control with the option to also remotely operate the mixer’s record and playback features as well as programmable user buttons.
To prevent inadvertent adjustment of controls, the mixer operator may allow or restrict access to functions on a per-device basis. Up to 12 external devices comprising any combination of Android or iOS smart-phones or tablets may be connected at once to a TouchMix mixer.

I tried setting up my Android Galaxy S2 with the QSC Mixer today. My tab kept telling me that I need to "Upgrade the mixer to version 2.1.4922. The app will now close." (The mixer is currently running 2.1.4583) When I try to upgrade the mixer, it does not give any options for available upgrades. ??? I am hoping to figure this out soon because this app would be awesome!
My iPad is 100% stable. Android works only to adjust fader levels but freezes once I adjust anything else, like eq, effects etc. Please help, I have a Lenovo TAB A7-30HC
Works great on iPhone 5 but keeps asking to update the touchmix to 4.1.2944 which I've done. It seems to connect but comes up with a screen that i can't override then closes. Please fix for S6
Just a few complaints here. I have a Samsung Galaxy A Tab, Lg Stylo and Lg K7. App doesn't show compression is engaged on channel strips, and freezes often. Bigger issue is Android app will NOT connect to a wired network period. The app recognizes the network but cannot connect at all and even have the Plugable usb to ethernet adaptor that QSC says is compatible. Lets get on the ball QSC!!
App is great but missing full access / control from Android phones. Tried S6 & Note 5, both only get personal monitor mix...no option for full access.
App will load but immediately freezes when trying to connect to TouchMix.
Requiring an updated version.
Here's how to connect your phone or tablet: To connect to it with your phone or tablet, you need to set your phone or tablet's WiFi connection to your TouchMix's network, and then enter your TouchMix's password into your phone or tablet's WiFi settings. Check your TM manual if you don't know where to find those settings. So far so good. I haven't played around with it much yet, but from what I see so far it works nicely. This will be very hand for my band when we're playing in a live situation and can
I have connected my Droid RAZR Maxx to the network via the TouchMix's wifi signal but when I open the app it says "Not Connected" in the top right corner (on the app screen). My device does not appear on the board's "Remote Control Settings" in the "Devices" menu (on the TouchMix 16 screen). All my Apple products have connected fine but my Android devices have not. Not sure as to why my Android devices won't connect but my Apple devices will. Has anyone else had this issue?
Used it for 6 months. Until now, the only issue I had was the app crashing before it fully loads. When that happens, I have to reopen the app 5+ times before it would start working. Last night the app went totally haywire. All faders went to 10 and became unusable. Relaunched, same thing happened. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Tab A.
I like this app, and haven't had any prolonged connection issues. However, unlike the iPad version, which gets 5 stars, the android (beta) version lacks EQ and mute controls. Since these are my primary uses for the remote feature, I gave 3 stars. I look forward to an upgraded version which offers these features.
Finally getting wireless control over my mixer without having to buy an Ipod! Yesss Update 5/29/16 After months of having almost no issues, the app is now going crazy with faders jumping up to 10 and becoming unusable. Reinstalled app but still not the same, for Samsung Tab 4
It works great but needs to work as full touchmix user interface with access to all controls when using high resolution phone like samsung S6.
Is Q-sys control available for Android? Android systems are common and used by many! I would love to use your app at my local church. Please advise. Thank you.
I have found that it sometimes will not open. I have had to clear the cache in the settings of my tablet.
Use on my note 3 and my note pro tablet.
Its amazing music mix software its supported with full app Files
Modern Country Music

Been looking forward to getting this all from qsc. Makes the touchmix package complete and user friendly in every way. Thanks qsc!

Finally getting wireless control over my mixer without having to buy an Ipod! Yesss
Awesome, very helpful now
fonctionne bien avec tablette en version 5.0.2 mais le second appareil se connecte bien, mais le programme reste toujours en initialisation (smartphone en version 4.4.4) petit bug sur la tablette pour l'affichage de tous les ins, aux, fx en même temps
Worked great during testing last night, but failed to load the morning during worship. Had to switch to the backup iPad. I still love it and am certain the problems will be worked out.
My iPad has no problem connecting but this one takes forever before telling me something like "avoided bad internet connection". Please help, I have a Lenovo TAB A7-30HC
So far no disconnects on Tab S 10.5, a little spotty on the phone app. Accessing Touchmix by phone randomly disconnects but reconnects quickly. Overall it's very usable and it's been a long time coming but it's finally here!
