I've had this installed for a few years and whenever I've needed it it has been inaccurate. Take this morning for instance. App says M11 northbound one lane closed. Actual traffic is M11 southbound fully closed and also one lane northbound closed. I had set out on my journey M11 southbound only to hear the traffic news on the radio, luckily I managed to turn round in time. But the traffic reports on here may as well not exist. I have uninstalled and will look for a better UK traffic app.

Currently stuck in boxing day M25 gridlock. AA has been really accurate. RAC has not got one warning sign about the conditions! Uninstalling.

When trying to get the traffic updates it constantly errors - HTC 10. Have deleted then reinstalled the app but that hasn't resolved the issue.

Was a great App but it is now so slow to update. Still shows alerts from hours ago. Update button in corner of map does not appear to work. Mind you no one seems to do a decent traffic app anymore.

For those moaning about having your information out there, you've no idea already how much of your info is leaked to the world as it is through everything you've signed up for and applied. Stop yapping your already controlled by the government

This app would be better if it had a feature to request assistance rather than having to phone up.if you get caught without credit then you're up the creek without a paddle.

Cannot find places like the Scottish National stadium, it thinks it is in Brighton!

Does not work. Keeps deleting either the start or end location

I used to love this app on my old htc One M8, but the minute I try to get traffic news on my HTC 10, it crashes

useless app. No updates since 2015.

Easy to use

Can't put in a route. Won't accept town or post code or GPS location.

This app has now been sorted out with route planner working correctly.

Misses more traffic than it locates.

In my opinion, this is the best traffic monitoring app available. It is especially useful in Scotland, where the info is much up to date than the AA alternative. The latest update has restored the coloured dots, making the maps clear and easy to use. My only gripe: why can't I see incidents, delays and roadworks at the same time?

When switching between road works & incidents, the info doesn't change, stays on the one you want to leave. On a journey from Chester to Manchester, I looked to see if anything would hinder my journey, the app showed nothing but when I got there roads are shut everywhere! Only when I checked in Manchester did it show the info I already knew because I was looking at it. When you think your "improving" the app, try testing it before updating our apps that don't need updating!!

*Warning* By inputting your RAC membership details you are authorising them to sell your personal info for marketing!!! It's in the t&'s and there's no opt-out. This is NOT acceptable. Also the app is horribly designed. If you want a really good motoring app download the AA one instead, it's how it ought to be. Sadly I just switched from AA to RAC over renewal price. Based on this app though I'll probably switch back next year.

Just joined RAC, trying the App despite its poor reviews. So far not impressed. Tried the roadworks map on four places, three in Scotland and one in England, that had caused problems on a journey. No mention of anything at all! Also, having to contact RAC to opt out of spam mail etc is an APPALLING lack of manners. Uninstalled.

Member benefits section doesn't work, and unlike AA app you have to ring to get breakdown call out or cancel call out, can't just do it through the app.

Used to be good but has got progressively worse with every update. Now constantly crashes everytime I try to open route planner or traffic news. Have now given up on it and uninstalled.

Have used this app and used it for route planning. Now suddenly it can't find any address I put in, including my own; but can find my address for the incident list!!!

Experia crashed 21 times in 3 days with this app uninstored it's fine reinstalled crashed straight away

I hoped to use this app to work out distance for my business but it take far to long to clear the old route . Today alone after 7 hours it still comes up with the old route so I'm disappointed with this .

Other apps do it better. Needs a major update if it is to remain relevant.

I can't open the map now as the so just crashes

Took an instant dislike to this when it wouldn't let me copy and paste my membership number.

No way to opt out of marketing. Uninstalled and will like switch back to AA on renewal.

Has not updated details of road works in over 12 months.

Sends you along roads it Knows are closed!! Frustratingly brainless nonsense!!!!

Incident map can be useful, but the app crashes constantly under Android 6 (Marshmallow) on HTC 10.

UPDATE the dots are back with the new update. Be nice as a after thought to have the time the traffic dot was posted, that would be great. :-):-)

The AA app is much better and it would be good if you caught up here.
