About Quick Workout
As a fitness professional and full time developer I used my skills to create fitness tool that saves time and is mobile. Quick workout is a set of workouts that don’t require any equipment and can be at home, office, hotel room and etc. To boost your metabolism you don’t need fancy equipment or sports club membership. Every one can spear few minutes a day, so why not use then for personal health. Interval timer, voiced announcements and illustrated exercise examples makes it easy to use.
My knowledge from university from where I’ve got master degree in sports, health and fitness and many years of work experience helped me to bring only best workout option that work for everyone and don’t need personal trainer for adaptation.
7 minute workout
Classic seven minute workout. The shortest possible full body workout to bust your metabolism and burn few calories. Every exercise is done for 30 seconds and you have 10 seconds for rest. Total of twelve exercises. Try to maintain same pace in all exercises. As you progress the pace will grow.
Burning sensation abs
Burning sensation abs is a six-pack guaranty. It hits lower, upper and side abdominal muscles and hits them hard. If you can keep up through all workout you have really strong abs. Do this workout 3-5 times a week to get best results.
Morning wakeup workout
Best thing for waking up in the morning is a workout. You don't have time for that. Yes you do because this workout takes only 7 minutes. Role out of bed, do workout, take a shower and you're ready for the day.
Almost 15 minute booty workout that will cause burning sensation. Do 3 times a week for best result.
Plank for core
Variety of plank exercises to strengthen your core and to prevent lower back pain.
Get ready for the beach with this short workout. Warning! Lots of sweating! But it's common sacrifice for good looks.
Tabata protocol workout
Tabata protocol is method of reaching better endurance and getting more energy during the day. Yes it's just 4 minutes long, and it's just on exercise. But it can be hardest workout you ever had. Just use your maximum effort and you get result you seek. Good practice is to do it every day.
This is a workout for those who are serious about their fitness. 1 hour long workout for maximum calorie burn. High intensity workout is perfect for weight loss. HIIT has all advantages like aerobics, interval training and tabata protocol.
Pregnancy isn't the time to get lazy. If you plan to get back in shape after birth it's a good practice to do some exercise during pregnancy. Benefits like lower back pain prevention, easier birth and faster recovery aren't deniable. This almost 25 minute workout is just what you need. Rest time isn't a constant so pause workout if you need more time off. Just remember that aim isn't to push yourself out of comfort zone. Just a little bit higher heart rate, better mood, maintained joint mobility and healthy choice living. CAUTION: Before doing any exercise during pregnancy you must get your doctors permission.
