Granai della Memoria

Il sapere e la memoria delle persone e dei luoghi del mondo rurale, gastronomico e imprenditoriale a portata di mano! I Granai della Memoria sono un progetto di Slow Food e dell'Università di Scienze Gastronomiche di Pollenzo che raccoglie centinaia di testimonianze di contadini, operai, artigiani, imprenditori e partigiani italiani e del mondo.
L'applicazione ufficiale del progetto ti porta alla scoperta di questi preziosi documenti audiovisivi direttamente nei luoghi di cui si parla: inquadra le immagini chiave che trovi in musei, ristoranti e comuni che aderiscono al progetto e scopri la storia e la memoria del luogo direttamente dalla voce dei protagonisti che l'hanno vissuta. E' una visita guidata virtuale alla scoperta di un patrimonio storico e umano da preservare.

The knowledge and memory of the people and places in rural areas, gastronomic and business at hand! The Granaries of Memory is a project of Slow Food and the University of Gastronomic Sciences that collects testimonies of hundreds of peasants, workers, artisans, entrepreneurs and Italian partisans and the world.
