The HUD Resource Locator is an easy to use app that helps users discover commonly requested federal housing resources within their community. Get resource information on many housing programs provided by HUD or USDA, directly contact specific resource providers, and find useful links to additional information.
The HUD Resource Locator provides:
• Location and contact information for local HUD resources including HUD field offices, Public Housing Authorities (PHA), HUD Multifamily properties (including elderly and special needs units), Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC/Section 42) properties, homeless services, public housing buildings and developments, and USDA Rural Housing;

Very old information. Many properties I called stated the listed contact person hadn't worked there in years. Some properties weren't even owned by the company listed in the description anymore. Please update this app and it will be much more helpful.

Open? I can't get past loading. My mother and I need a place to live together. I'm 51 and she's 77 years old. We feel alone and this didn't help! We witness often people working on cars all day drink beer all night and on disability. Disabled from what? An alarm clock? Now people like me and my mother beinging the only survivers in our family and really in need but impossible to get cause we're not computer educated thieves and housing only available for those who don't need it. Someone please explain cause we didn't ask for help till we needed it but the answers we get, maybe in 2-3 years we can help. Again didn't ask for help till we needed it! I don't understand!

Two hours later and we're at 21%. Promising! Guaranteed its not because of my phone, data, memory.... etc. So you might want to have a look at that. (If I'm judging by your "lists" of low income housing on the website, I'm not holding my breath)

You know what's sad about this app, somebody actually needs this service... And they don't need a scam, a virus, or just an all-around app that does not work. For people that are actually trying to inquire about assistance this s*** does not cut it!!!! Fix it!!!

They just recently updated and now you have to zoom so far in that it is worthless. I'm looking at a small town, at street level, with only 3 results, and yet you STILL are not allowed to see what they are because "you must zoom in closer to see results".

Worked well when I first downloaded, but now it's saying my GPS is turned off and it can't locate properties near me. I really hate ESRI, HUD should find better vendors and hold them accountable
