Not able to delete kids account due to server error..need help

App keeps opening after I close it. Very annoying!

Tried it for almost two weeks. It's stopped notifying me, also it's limited on information. The SOS BUTTON is not easy to access, does not record or takes photos in any emergency. It's better to call contacts if Sos is turned on. Notifications and accuracy stays stuck.. meaning it's not doing its job to refresh.

The reload button doesn't force an update to get you the most current location info. My daughter has been consistently an hour behind her actual location.

I really like this app it let's me keep up where my kids are even when there isn't cell service and also let's my no what percent there phone is I love absolutely love this app

This might seem weird but oh whale, does anyone know if you can trick this app and have say you're somewhere else???

One time payment ₹250 is a big advantage but the location is not updating. It shows my location 1km away. Fix it.

Very simple and going to upgrade!

I installed the app thinking it was free and be able to track my sons phone. Ended up paying £7.99 to discovery on my phone n my sons phone we have both been to a place which we never have. It did not show me he got to school for 830 until he got back home. It's not what I thought it would be. Disappointed really. I don't even know how to get a refund as it's very unhelpful.

Ok so I liked it at first. But after I purchased the upgrade it started telling me that my son was leaving the school and entering the school when he was just still at the school. Now it keeps saying I am not connected and I stay on my data. 9/30/2017 update Ok so I keep having to logout of the app and log back in and make my profile all over because it keeps freezing me up and saying I'm not connected. This is irritating

This app. is not accurate it and can not update automatic, My son & daughter are in school i just drop them and come back home for work but this app showing my son & daughtet still at home. My family phone is 4G & signal receiving very good. Not recommended this app. I just wasted money

Git this because my daughter was going to Birmingham university and we live in wirral. It stated she was in the middle of a field for over 2 and half hours. This was 1:30am I panicked and rang her and she was in her dorm room on campus. Not were the app said she was.

After reading the comments and responses from the APP developer I believe the developer has a limited scope on the needs of their app users. There seems to be a number of steps involved to get the APP to work like "intended" (Poor app administration, talented coders) Parents and family want easy, not difficult, Your lack of accuracy is due to power restrictions (great) yet, fail to use google api for "fill-in" as a compansate. hey a once in while check and camparasion shouldnt be that taxing. worth it but not worth it as explained.

Good Design, But not update automatic location when get internet a second person have to open app then app update person location, DEVELOPERS is it possible for everyone open app all the time. ADD auto detract and update location when get internet and send update to others friend also. FIX THOSE ISSUED DEVELOPERS... Other wise its 0 value app

Went for a long horseback ride through the woods and lost phone. Was able to find it the next day using this app! Would have never found it without this!! It was deep in the woods, but took us within a few feet so made the search much easier. Thank you!!

Very inaccurate... And a serious delay. Hrs after my son leaves home it notifies me. Also notifies (hrs later) left location/arrived location at the same time, ie: 730am. I changed battery settings and such and it still isnt accurate. Also, I paid for this app and it sucks. Wish I could get refunded. I never know exactly where my child is from this app.

Update Sept. 27, 2017. Too many phones on acct. haven't updated for days. Have exclamation marks. Did all the app permissions, still no dice. Need a better way to make it easier to keep users when upgrading or replacing a phone. Have to start a new user acct and delete old one which loses all settings and data for that user. Please keep working on it. This is freaking out. I get notifications every few minutes of my family coming and going, when no one is actually leaving anywhere from home! Please fix or I'll have to uninstall.

Initially gave this app 3 stars but had to change it to one star after 2 months. Applied all the recommendations and still did not update location correctly. Not good if you need real-time information.

Hello guys, the app is still amazing, but we changed our child's phone and it is not working correctly anymore. On Huawei P9 Lite I am not able to setup to have continues connection to KidControl, even I have setup all the things found on your webpage. ("How to set up background mode on Huawei phones") After 1-2 hours the app is closing itself and not running in the background. You could only reopen the app to have a connection again. Could you please check it? Thx.

Horrible Tracking... Absolutely sucks! Even paid for the upgrade worked ok for a week and has sucked ever since!

Worked fine up until latest update now it's just a waste of memory. First update kept looping on login, second update gave me information on my contact s by pop ups but just green screen and nothing to see Did. Contact you guys but no reply so gave up and installed someone else's app

this app do everything I need. I would like to suggest the place notication range should have more smaller range, say 100m, and 50m, for those who use in urban. also a message system should be included

Updated both mine and daughters phones to android 6 and now its working heaps better. Instead of updating hours later its now minutes. Finally working like it should.

This app is accurate and it's not a perfect app but I know where my babies are at all times when I'm not with them! My daughter used the sos feature once already to make sure it works quickly and it does!!!

Rarely works...has my daughter at home all day when I was at home and know she went to school..and took her phone. Receive no notifications for my wife's phone but hey they got my money.

It updates GPS location when it wants to despite what interval you have it set on. Today it ran the gamut of 15 minutes to 45 minutes while phones were in 100% cellular coverage. Needs a reliable and functional manual update feature. ** Update ** I should clarify that the issue I was referring to is on an Iphone - not on my Galaxy. Any special instructions for an iOS user like you just gave for Android? If so, please advise. Also, still say you need a manual update feature. Sometimes we want to know right away.

Worked well when I set it up first, now it just tells me my child is at home all the time, the internet connection and GPS is great, it won't let me check his browser history, it tells me no data available, it also tells me my child is off line when I know they are not, how do I get my money back?

Guys what's the the grey/light grey buttons for turning things on and of? I mean it's hard to tell what's on and off. Couldnt you use colours?

Love this app, my daughter is 11 and likes to go with her friends to the library after school, with this I can make sure she gets there safe and is where she's supposed to be. Also has a history of where they've been, perfect.

New issue happened. The app said my son was roughly 5 miles from his school. The school had him call me just so I could verify that he was in class and his phone wasn't stolen. I do want to mention that the location the app was saying he was at isn't even on the route I use to take him to school.

I am unable to see the map I tried sending mails for resetting my password but have not received any email

Useless! track is way off and alerts me that i went out and back even if im just at home. and last, no one replies when you send emailsss!!!!! i want my money back!

Yep like only problem is that to go to premium means we have to pay on android and iOS which is frustrating

Purchased the upgrade to be able to track my child without data, but it simply does not work. Waist of money, could have stayed on the free version.

It's okay, but not as accurate as similar apps.
