СОНДА ИНФО ЛАЙТ

Установленный в Вашем учебном заведении программно-аппаратный комплекс «Школьное Окно» позволяет уведомлять родителей о входе/выходе ребенка в/из школы, об оповещениях классного руководителя о родительских собраниях и других важных мероприятиях.
Для этого при регистрации ребенка необходимо установить на телефон родителя мобильное приложение «Sonda_Msg» (под Android).
В настройках приложения ввести данные, полученные при регистрации ребенка: номер школы и идентификационный номер ребенка в базе данных.
Данные о ребенке для мобильного приложения отображаются в программе «Регистратор» при редактировании данных о клиенте.
При первом запуске приложения необходимо ввести настройки приложения: номер школы и идентификационный номер школьника (выдается при регистрации школьника в системе). Ввод этих настроек в мобильное приложение осуществляется при нажатии на кнопки в левом нижнем углу. После этого и при последующих запусках мобильное приложение устанавливает связь с сервером (появляется надпись «Connected») и становится доступной кнопка стрелки (в правом нижнем углу экрана мобильного приложения). Осуществляется запрос к базе данных и отображается информация о входе/выходе ребенка в/из школы за текущий день.
Преимущество мобильного приложения перед СМС- рассылкой или почтовыми уведомлениями заключается в том, что родитель имеет возможность в любой момент времени узнать о приходе/уходе ребенка в/из школы по запросу. А также возможности учителя информировать родителей одного группы школьников о любом событии в школе, например, о предстоящих собраниях и др.
В случае СМС-рассылки возможна ситуация, когда сообщение не будет доставлено родителю из-за задолженности школы/родителя сервису отправки СМС или по другим причинам.

Чтобы начать использовать PUSH - уведомления достаточно приобрести его модуль на школу, родителям скачать данное приложение и получить идентификационный номер у ответственного лица школы.
