تماشياً مع توجهات الوزارة في توفير قنوات تواصل مع المواطنين تهدف هذه الخدمة التواصل مع المواطنين بوسيلة متطورة وفعّالة وسريعة لضمان متابعة طلباتهم واستفساراتهم بكل دقة وشفافية حيث أنها تتيح للأفراد (مواطنين و موظفين حكوميين) من تقديم طلبات استفسار أو شكوى بسهولة وسرعة وبشكل إلكتروني.
