These cards contain questions that should follow you through
These cards contain challenges that help you to move forward in your daily life and see where new ideas may lead.

Affirmation Cards
These cards have affirmations that you should repeat throughout the day and keep as a focus in your thoughts.

All of this can be used to enhance how you observe the here and now, and make you aware of how you actually act and what thoughts are the most common in your life. It is only when you dare to see what you do and how you act that you can change anything. You will also find out in which areas you have the greatest need for courage and where you need help and support.
