För helvete, döp appen till vad det är, Skånetrafiken. När Blekinge, Halland etc också har "Reseplanerare" blir det ju kaos i telefonen

Can't signup as it needs an SMS that I never receive (UK mobile with +44).

It's very easy to purchase a ticket you don't want, and the app offers no way to undo accidental purchases. The TOS explicitly states that because the law does not force them to offer returns, they refuse to implement the option. I guess you don't need good customer service when you're the only train in town? Disappointing.

Cant buy tickets on Android Nougat

Worked on old phone but now the verification sms never arrived to my Danish number. Tried different variations, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Contacted their customer support but they can't do anything. Please fix it ASAP!

I have used the app with my Danish no before, but now it doesn't send me a verification code so I could reregister. Can't proceed to payment...

Also, it would be nice to have offline plans of the bus plan to know what bus stops are called!

I need receipt at my mail adress..it was set before the purchase and after 1 week still no receipt!

Does not save favourites or any other data for that matter, which means a lot of manual labour when changing phones. It is 2017!

Can't pay by card, got an error message "this card is not accepted"

Fungerar när den själv vill, ibland går det ej att köpa biljett, vissa resor är osynliga, kvitto för ersättning saknas(?), direkt notiser för händelser i mobilen(?) Hade varit bra om man kunde ångra köpen också, och använda appen för att se hur mycket pengar man har kvar på reskassan via NFC. Jag har ett 3 år gammalt inofficiellt program som blev borttaget från Gplay och tycker det är super! Varför Skånetrafiken inte skapat något sådant själva än är ett mysterium.

They will secretly and silently send you an invoice pr snail mail in case the payment with card does not go through. In my case I had moved so never got the invoice. Then they send the invoice to incasso without trying an email or my phone number. Apparently the terms and conditions states that you must at all times keep them updated with your address. However there is no way to update this through the app - no idea how that is supposed to take place. Maybe they also prefer communication like this via snail mail. Suggest entering the 21st century and be less snail mail focused.

The app itself works great. It's the widget I have feedback on. It's a bit, dull. The grey kinda makes it feel rough, like it was made in haste. I'd love for a more transparent, clean design. Take some inspiration from 'Today calendar'. Beautiful design.

Use Google Maps or anything with better UI and search. Only worth buying tickets in.

Fungerar okej. Hade gärna sett ner funktioner, så som att läsa sitt jojo kort med nfc för att se saldo på kortet. Kanske också möjligheten att ladda sitt kort direkt med appen och nfc. Men framför allt köpa biljett med sitt jojo kort, antingen med kortet direkt via just nfc eller genom att man registrerar det i appen och biljett kostnaden dras direkt från kortet. Varför ska man behöva betala fullpris i appen om man har kortet liksom?

Had to change cards. Stopped working after that. Also does not suggest what to do, how to fix it or who to contact.

Helt värdelös app som inte fungerar som den ska. Se till så din biljett är verkligen är aktiverad när du går på tåget så du inte aktiverar den 3min försent. Då åker man tydligen på 1000kr i böter.

Gick ej att lägga till betalningsmedel. Fick lyckligtvis åka med bussen ändå, tack snälla busschaufför

Ingen funktionalitet då jag tänkte åka. Varken sökning eller betalning. Hade tur att chauffören var snäll, stort tack till honom.

Since Klarna took over management of payment the app stopped accepting non-Scandinavian credit cards, which makes it useless

Varför är den enda betalningsmöjligheten Klarna? Vad var det för stolpskott som tog bort bankkortsbetalningen? Tror ni betalning med Jojokort finns? Nej, är svaret. Har du en telefon utan svenska är du fast med engelska i appen. Urdålig funktionalitet, lägg till detta tack.
