Din Paus

Många av oss idag lever ett intensivt liv där tiden rullar på med få stopp. Hur ofta stannar vi upp och reflekterar över vad vi håller på med? Hur ofta ser vi till att få egen tid? Hur ofta är vi här och nu? Hur ofta njuter vi av en doft eller ett intryck? Vi tror att våra liv skulle kännas mer värdefulla och närvarande om vi då och då tog en paus i vardagen.

Vi erbjuder en app som vi kallar "Din Paus" som kan vara en hjälp i vardagen för dig att stanna upp, slappna av, vara i nuet och för en stund släppa alla måsten runt omkring dig. I appen finns två versioner, en kortare och en längre, beroende på hur mycket tid du har tillgänglig. Vi hoppas att du med hjälp av "Din Paus" får möjlighet att gå ned i varv, stanna i nuet och bara vara. Avslappningsövningar som ger avslappning, avstressning och tid för reflektion.

Lena är utbildad KBT-terapeut. Many of us today live an intense life where time rolls on with few stops. How often do we stop and reflect on what we are doing? How often do we have to bring your own time? How often are we here and now? How often we enjoy a fragrance or an appearance? We believe that our lives would feel more valuable and present if we every now and then took a break from everyday life.

We offer an app that we call "Your Pause" that may be helpful in everyday life for you to stop, relax, be in the moment and for a moment let go of all must-haves around you. The app has two versions, one shorter and one longer, depending on how much time you have available. We hope that with the help of "Your Hold" with the opportunity to wind down, stay in the moment and just be. Relaxation exercises for relaxation, stress relief and time for reflection.
