I wanted to write this a long way back but keep forgetting. My advice is DO NOT trade with this app, best is to do it in Poems webpage directly. Use the app to trade, a sell order became a buy order. Had not recover my losses since then, luckily it's not a huge loss

pls do something about this app - historical chart data loads too slowly especially when i try to access from overseas

Can we have weekly and hourly views on the app's charting?

Previous version was better. The charting takes forever to load... Please! Revert back to the old version when the charting was so much better!

For CFD , If the counter is not tradable , the trade button or the buy and sell should be disable in the first place to preempt us, don't wait for people to click on the trade button then pop out the error msg . It's will be too slow to switch to the Stock page to trade.Please do something about it.thanks.

Frustrated that platforms are on maintenance alot and sometimes account is not updated or accurate.

Takes years to key a trade....should have option to do away with password..and chart is useless anyway so can forget it..

I thought the new version would be any better. Phone just hanged and had to shutdown. I'm uninstalling this thrashy app.

While I really enjoy the convenience and ease of trading using mobile app, but the new version takes really long to load the chart, and frequently hang. Please enhance. Thank you

Keeps logs us out of app for no reason. Need to keep log in.

Watchlist does not refresh on US market ever since with new charts implemented last week

Disappointing that the advanced charting feature has not followed the ios version to android. Just changed my phone and this is a real bummer as I use the mobile app quite a fair bit

Good innovation to revamp the layout! If possible I will also like to view the info on "time and sale" as well as "trade summary". But first please fix the freeze issue. Whenever I try to hit the back button on my android phone the app freezes and there are times where I have to hard reboot my phone. (Update: the bug has only been partially resolved, please look deeper into this issue since it critically defeats the purpose of this app. Looking forward to the next update nonetheless)

Better interface compared to the first version released years ago. But is still slow and hangs on me often. Still preferred using the mobile WAP version.

can you make set the app to timeout only after 4 hours to match other brokers' apps? 2 hours is too short.

No Advanced Charting for Android? Really love the price alert feature. However if only we can log in mobile and desktop at the same time. Reason becos when I am using the web, price alert triggered on mobile and when I need to change the price on mobile, the web logged out from desktop. Poems mobile is going to be perfect once Advanced Charting steps in.

I use poems mainly for odd lots settlement, but mobile app did not support this and web version give me error after login.

v1.4.12 working good for me so far. No hang and reboot issue and stock alert working.

App seems ok except troublesome to key in both ID and password on each entry. Is there anyway to remember?

Are you sure your app pass the QC? Cannot add new watchlist at all, it bring me to "WatchlistFragmentActivity". it crashes every time when I add a new stock into a watchlist.

Auto switch my username to capital letters. Uninstall n reinstall also can not.

Not sure if I am the only one experiencing this. I cannot to the main menu when I press the middle icon with the poems logo. It goes to my watch list. So I cannot log off properly. Have to force end. Did not have this problem in the past.

Im using s4 and the app kept crashing. Crashed 3 times out of 5 times, 1 which made my phone hang and had to restart the whole phone. This happened when im retrieving data for the chart. And the auto refresh is annoying. Prefer the older version. Update 16/6/15 - still crashing n no update at all. Disappointing.
