I can't sync my steps since 18/12 and even with the latest update v184.108.40.206 stil can't sloved the problem. My history was also not updated showing dated until 16/12 only.
Still unable to sync tracker sibce thursday and no change to history since Tuesday despite tracker recording over 10000 steps on Wednesday. . Had to uninstal reinstall and restore to get tracker to sync again
Hit at least 10k steps a day, synced everyday, steps updated but points remained the same.

Have downloaded the latest version updates on 19 Dec... BUT it still not working, can the technican do a proper UAT before launching the apps. Instead of launching several updates with multiple failure in the apps

The version update 18~12~2015 resulting the app not performing sync to tracker.
Synced easily, keeps tracks of steps taken. Simple interface to select food.
Update App would not help to solve unable to sync problem. Must reinstall App and re-store profile to fix the problem. I can sync now.

After the app update since 18Dec, the points doesn't add into my rewards category even though i have sync-ed 10000+ steps (each day) from my tracker into the app. Please help me to solve this issue asap! I am still waiting for my 2 days points to be updated into my account!

Previously I can't sync my tracker. I could only do so after I uninstall and reinstall the application and restore my profile. Now my tracker and application seem to work as normal now.

I like the app, but I think there are a few things that needs to be improved. - After some time after sitting in the background the app starts to eat battery a lot. I believe it happens when the Internet connection is lost. I get a lot of overlapped dialogs stating that it cannot synchronize and I must connect to the Internet. - The nationwide steps average is always shown as 0, but it was ok a few weeks ago when I just installed the app. - When synchronizing with a steps tracker or loading data from Internet, the UI is blocked, which is not nice. Ever since the last update a few days ago, my points did not increase even though I have successfully sync the tracker. The app did reflect my actual number of steps daily but the amount of points remain stagnant. Kindly fixed this problem at the soonest possible. Many thanks!!!
Initially tracked daily steps; watch now unable to read time and clocked steps. Today clocked >26k but unable to sync. App froze at "healthy living every day" page. Went to AMK Hub service centre to report; was informed that they only exchange watch which is currently out of stock; took my particulars, will inform when stock is available, possibly next week.

19 Dec: I've requested to switch to non-smartphone user. 16 Dec: sent the diagnostic report as suggested. No reply. Sent another email regarding the same issue. No reply. Great. Previous review on 9 Dec: Still can't pair the device with the app. It keeps showing that there is no step tracker detected. However, when I open my Bluetooth settings, I see that it detects the tracker and could even pair with it (pair with my phone but not this app). Please fix this. My phone is Nexus 5.
Food database and rewards all gone after updating. Overall it is still not too bad. Till 15 dec 2100hrs, still same problem. One error msg was Failed to load food data and rewards page still show nothing.
Still shows 0 points since I joined. Also the Announcement keeps coming up repeatedly! I got it.. You are doing maintainance tomorrow.. I do not need reminding every 2 mins.
