After signing up with the challenge i am unable to select Google fit. Had to clear data, select Google fit then restore profile. It now registers the steps from Google fit but the app still thinks the tracker is not setup.
Using the history to track the points earned, some days correct, some days short. overall still short. No confidence in this app.
Started the app on 29 Oct. Obtained 15 points on 29 Oct. 30 Oct clocked over 10000 steps, so total points 75. 31 Oct clocked over 10000 step but points remained 75 and not updated.
Latest update solved my earlier problem of not being able to redeem awards, but it's annoying how the total points are no longer displayed in the main screen. Instead I have to go to click click click and reach the rewards page to see it.
The steps i syn into the app doesnt match with my band steps count.
Encourage me to achieve the daily target.
The free step tracker coukdnt sync to the app so my steps have remained 0
This challenge motivated me to walk more, thereby cut more calories. Thank you

Easy to use.
Good syncing with S Health. If there happens to be a wrong tally of points, uninstall and restore your profile and it will be resolved. The app is user friendly and straight forward as well. In addition, the challenge encourages me to walk more on a lazy day, thanks HPB! :) 600 pts and counting
The app overall is fine works well and syncs well with my steps tracker but there are so many simple everyday foods that are not in the list. Like example there are no hashbrown option no normal hotdogs option and etc. Really disappointed in that area as i really want to know approximately how much kcal i have taken in. Please add on more options
Update: Been 2 days after problem occurred but still unresolved. - I manage 10k steps everyday since 1st Oct. all the while the points were correct but on the 10th Oct my points were only 555 instead of 600. After mass marketing and advertisement, what happen is a shame. Poor app developer.
From the time I launch the app till I close, it's constantly "loading" something. But what I do not know. It's not my steps or my diet log cos none of them get updated. I love that it can finally sync steps from fitbit but why not diet too (especially when the diet/calorie log of its own is super sparse)?!
It's great that HPB created this app to encourage users to get healthy. But the syncing of footsteps from S Health is horribly unreliable.. had a couple of days the data just can't be synced properly even after allowing permissions.. it's disappointing..
Hi! I'm unable to redeem my reward after completing my first tier with the error message " your submission is unsuccessful, please try again 30 minutes later. " tried again for a couple of times after 30 minutes still facing the same error message. Please advise.
Manage to redeem my point after tried couple of times.I'm using android phone.Points record shortage that what I earn in pass 10 days. I uninstalled and installed the apps for few times till its become correctly.
Updated feedback: I was not able to connect to server on multiple instances. The app decides to disconnect me and disabled me to use the app after restoring the account. Previous feedback: This app forced you to update and disabled all use without update. Changing page or tab takes forever because it reloads all the information. Probably can look into caching the information and only reload when requested by user.

Have tried more than 5 times to sync this to the s health 365 app as recommended for the national steps challenge 2, but each time I get a message 'not registered on the white list for [empty] (1)', whatever that means. Would appreciate some help here!!
It tells me to enable all permissions in s health, and I've done so, but it just keep on asking the same thing over and over. The pop up shows 'Tracking mode is not found, please try again later' Please give some advice, thanks
I logged more than 10,000 steps today (12 Oct) but only 45 points was awarded instead of 60 points. The 15 points shortfall was due to it not being alloted for the first 5,000 steps. Update: Points were reinstated the following day. However, it's all wrong again today (14 Oct). Instead of 720 points, I now have 675 points. It's totally UNRELIABLE!!!
I always have 10k points. I sync everyday. but on the next day my yesterday's points and steps are gone. Its been 5 days already that I got 0 points and 0 steps in the app even though i have 10k+ steps actual.
Works terrible with A3. Omniband connects after many tries. Took very long to connect device and steps from the band have stopped to sync properly since the new update. Eg, 11/10 is shown as 0 steps when tracker or S Health shows otherwise. Will be good if the paired device ID is shown on the app so that I know I connected.
A very commendable effort for HPB to roll out the challenge on such a large scale. Inevitably, there will be some problems. But importantly, now you have the base to work out the kinks and further improve and enhance the system. Once again, thank you.
Who doesn't love freebies? I try to walk more everyday, sometimes even exceeding the 10k limit by a large margin. And the app is very accurate in calculating my points earned and even more effective in encouraging me to walk more.
S health integration made using this app so much easier! :) best thing to have happened. Hope the downloading of steps can take faster than 38s though. A bit of a pain.
Would be nice if there is a sodium intake tracking feature to monitor sodium as local food tend to be high in sodium and people can develop high blood pressure from a young age without them knowing. Good to monitor them
Been uninstalling and reinstalling many times as i always get short of 60 points. It will then restore for few days then the same cycle happens. Now, tried to restore my profile but my account has been deactivated as the application says i have restored in another device which i didnt. It is extremely slow as well. Getting disappointed...
I was unable to sync in my steps and my date and time was not syncing as well, so i uninstall the app and reinstalled it.. I got stuck at the Terms and conditions page. I pressed "I agree", a loading text came up and I waited. Then it just disappeared, i went back to the terms and conditions page and nothing is responding.
This app is unreliable! First, I couldn't sync it despite trying it multiple times. Then when I finally managed it, the app deducted 60 points from my total score. What exactly is going on? Please fix this!
Lousy because only can sync with hpb band and big brands like fitbit. How about those tracker band like xiaomi ! Not everyone got time to go collect the hpb tracker! Is so hard to carry hp and workout in order to sync with hp app! So inconvenience caused

It recorded the no of steps and distance done but not the calories burnt. Food list not as comprehensive as "My fitness pal". For the no of servings, would be good to have it by portions of quarter instead every 0.5, or perhaps let users key in the values instead.
After 1 season, still filled with problems. Every time I follow instructions I feel sabotaged. Deleted n reinstalled the app as instructed n now cannot connect to tracker anymore... Updated n still can't sync. Updated again cos kena forced by app to do so. Time wasted. Problem NOT solved. If there is a zero star option, that's how I'd rate this app!
Unable to redeem tier 1 reward, error message prompts us to try again 30 minutes later. Why 30 minutes? And why after 30 minutes still the same error? The app works as it's supposed to, but what's the point of the reward system if we are not rewarded? It's only tier 1,hope it can be resolved ASAP.
I use my own tracker and managed to sync with Google Fit..but after restoring my profile, it only showed 4 partner apps to work with. And S health doesn't work on my LG phone..
The points for national health challenge are not updated accurately. Completing 10,000 steps unlocks 60 points. Sometimes I don't receive the full amount even at 12,000 steps
I do not know what happened to my tracker, it can't upload my steps for yesterday.26.10. It upload till 1349 hrs. I did on off my hp, on off my Bluetooth, just can't refresh! I have exceeded the 10,000 steps but just can't get the things refresh! So annoying... Can help to rectify this problem?
